Review Of Literature
Sunil Gupta (2008) the investment pattern among different groups in Shimla had
revealed a clear as well as a complex picture. The complex picture means that the people
are not aware about the different investment avenues and they did not respond positively,
probably it was difficult for them to understand the different avenues. The study showed
that the more investors in the city prefer to deposit their surplus in banks, post offices,
fixed deposits, saving accounts and different UTI schemes, etc.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and NCEAR (2000) „Survey of Indian
Investors‟ had been report that Safety and Liquidity were the primary considerations which
determined the choice of an asset. In this paper we are trying to find out the Factors which
influence individual investment decision, the difference in the perception of Investors in the
investing process on the basis of Age and the difference in perception of the Investors on
the basis of Gender.

Finding of the study

There is a reason the relationship between FI and Age groups is

because People Less thn 20 yrs prefer those FI which have higher
risk and higher rewards like crypto whereas invertor having age
between 20 40 choose Shares and Bank deposits which have
good return at less risk and the 3rd category investor having age
more than 40 chooses traditional safer FI like Post office
Unlike there is no relationship between FI and Income because
sin todays world several investor invest in different portfolios
they don’t put all eggs in one bucket and that is the reason there
is no such relationship between FI and Inome of investor
And there is no relationship between FI and employment status
the reason behind this the respondent of privte sector is much
higher than the govt sector investor and they are investing in
nearly all sector to make a portfolio for themselves they don’t
put aal their egg in one bucket

Q what type of analysis are you doing on your competitors

Answer first of all we need to check what are the features of

their product on what aspect our product is better than their
product as we are selling investment bond or Bank of Rhoda
having no risks ,so our product feature which make us different
from our competitors is that we are providing it 8% rate of
interest along with that we are giving two person additional
bonus fixed which vary from 2 to 3% and along with that we are
assuring the life of the insured in case in SURED dice we're giving
16 times of the premium amount
Q why choose salaried employee investor
answer there are basically three type of investor professional
investor businessman and the salaried employee and we have to
pick the odd one it is salaried employee becausr professional
investors and businessmen have variable income which vary
from year to year but on the other hand salaried employee
having fixed income and variable expensive so it is really
important to know how much money they're willing to spend
