1.Conclusion

_Observing the all devices to notify SMA promptly if any problem occurs.
_SLC continues performing and checking pest control measures at all MVPSs by putting the chaphor balls.
_P.M work should be coordinated between SLC and Trina: 5 SCBs / day will be checked.
_SLC need to update the "P.M file" on Google Drive daily after performing P.M work (Preventative maintenance
work).
_Vegetation control should be carried out for the whole plant to avoid risks from snake and loss production due to
effect of shadows and.
_Noticed the rusty bolt and washer at almost all earthing terminals of string. Need to use penetrating oil for rusted
bolt or replace.
_February is sunny month, dusty panel should be cleaned.
_SLC and O&M team coordinate to solve pending P.M work (Preventative maintenance work).

2.Feedback about site condition

1.General
1.1. Raining days
a. Inspect and rectify erosion areas especially after heavy rain fall.
b. Require to have vegetation control, need to cut grass around SCBs
c. Inspect whether devices are affected by lightning strike.

a. Waste left from construction phase should be removed and disposed of properly to avoid risks and causing
