    Q1. You have ordered a smartwatch, FitBit from Amazon. It was delivered in defective

    replacement.

    Dear Customer Support Team,


    This morning, I got my ordered package delivered to my home. However, after I opened the
    package, I found that there was a crack in the dial of the smartwatch.

    I would highly appreciate if you could arrange for a replacement for the same immediately.

    I am a regular customer of Amazon and I often order my stuff from there. I have never had any
    problem with my orders to date and I really hope that you will cater to my needs as soon as
    possible. I have also read through your FAQs that customers can send requests for replacement
    of damaged products within 3 days from date of delivery.

    I would also like to know if it possible now to change the brand of the smartwatch and get a
    different brand as a replacement. I am ready to pay any extra cost that is involved in this case. It

    Firstly, I hope you are in the best of your health.

    Our college, Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), a 130-year-old institution located
    in Matunga, Mumbai is one of the most prestigious and well-known engineering colleges of
    India.

    Pratibimb is a National Level Annual Socio-Cultural Extravaganza of VJTI that boasts a footfall
    of nearly 30,000 people every year. The age spectrum of the visiting audience ranges from 16-50
    years of age. In 2021, we will be celebrating 34 glorious years of Pratibimb.

    We have five major sectors that are given below:


    Performing Arts: Events like group dance, street dance, Rap Wars RJ hunt, singing
    competitions, fashion show, band competitions. Our flagship event is Mumbai's Got Talent.
    Fine Arts: Events like tattoo making, face mask making, sketching, hand painting, and art
    gallery exhibition.
    Mega Events: This includes adventure sports and major attractions on the football ground of our
    massive 16-acre college campus.
    Home Making Arts: Events like Master Chef, Fudge making, Bhoonkh, etc.
    Debate and Literary Arts: Events like MUN, debate competition, quiz competition, open mics
    and slam poetry events.

    We would like to bring to your notice that we do not charge for any of the events and all of these
    events see participation from students from all over the country.

    We would also like to bring to your notice that we were Powered by - THE TIMES OF INDIA
    and VH1 India, Co Powered By- MTV India.

    Since this year, due to the pandemic, Pratibimb’21 has started its online fest-related events. We
    have had Instagram, Facebook and YouTube live sessions recently with international artists like
    Henri PFR, a Belgian DJ, who has performed at Tomorrowland as well as with Mumbai’s finest
    band – MH43 India.
    Having evolved into a brand by itself, we wish to associate with ThumbsUp this year as our
