Installation of PVC Pipes

If PVC pipe install as horizontally, the will be 2% slope to the flow direction. Pipes are supported at
alçıpan necessary and sufficent conditions according to given tables with this statement. Every
stage of intallation (cutting&junction pipes, supporting and etc.) will be done at construction site.
Every branch or seperation will be install with approved fittings, and if it is necessary, fittings will
be siliconised against to leakage.

As extension precaution, pipes will be relocated 10mm backward after junction complete, except
under 50cm lenght pipes and fittings.

Installation Domestic Water System

In suspended ceiling, plasterboard walls, and underplaster PPRC pipes will be used. PPRC pipes
and their fittings will be supllied from the same brand.

All installation will be start after superpose drawing with other diciplines. Every stage of intallation
(cutting&junction pipes, supporting and etc.) will be done at construction site. Every branch or
seperation will be install with approved fittings. Inflection points will be uncut. Pipes connection
from Ø16 diameter to Ø125 diameter will be done by polypusion wleding, equal ande over Ø150
diameter will be done by butt welding. If pipes pass throught sleeve pipes, sleeve pipes will be
bigger two sizes from inner pipes at least.

Supporting Pipes
Piping in horizontal or vertical will be supported by heavy load clamp, hangers and NPU profiles
will be avaiable to connection with rods. Supports will be fixed to concrete with steel dowel. Pipes
underplaster will support with suitable clamps not wire.
