Multi-cultures are important because they disappear and satisfy a sense of ignorance. It is important because it encourages dialogue, often between completely different cultures with completely different relationships. Multicultural literature serves as a powerful tool for enabling students to better understand their own culture and the traditions of others. With this in-depth knowledge, relationships can be strengthened, closing the gap between students from different cultural backgrounds. All feelings are deeply concerned with the fact that the experience of ‘the world becomes a global village. Today, we live in a multiracial society. It can be seen that people with different backgrounds and backgrounds share the same place or city of residence. It has been pointed out that there are many benefits from multicultural nature to many people, the diversity of races, cultures, and cultures, making society more cohesive and attractive. A multicultural environment such as one that combines the existence of very different cultures often incorporates and incorporates several factors that define other cultures. Benefits of Multi-culture It would be a pleasure to live in a country that is rich in cultural diversity. Citizens can learn a lot more from other races and cultures. In addition, living in a multicultural society can provide an opportunity for a person to develop his or her own intellectual capacity and also to gain knowledge of the country's cultures, cultures and languages. A multicultural society gives each person a higher hand in understanding new cultures that raise awareness about the issues of our country and the individual's desire to discover new and comprehensive information that is best provided by living in a multicultural society. More Understanding helps to eliminate unfair personal discrimination by different groups. In addition, cultural diversity enables us to recognize and respect non-personal “ways of existence” that as we interact with others we can build bridges of trust, respect for their culture, and understanding of language in different cultures. Creating intelligence brings new thinking to a given problem. It’s the ability to look at past traditional solutions and bring real ideas to the table. The whole development process is a problem-solving process. Bringing new ideas into each situation will help you achieve the desired goals and a better product for the development of a multicultural society. Multi-cultural communication focuses on the evolution of communication across cultures. It not only looks at what happens when people of two different cultures come together, but also what happens when people of different races and cultures come together in one organization, community or country. Cultures affect language, enlarge words, influence their use, and provide context. Language, in turn, supports culture, promotes social bonds and allows for shared information. Many habits are good for society and for people, so they are good. We must develop and develop more cultures in our country. Many practices are a solution to cultural conflicts. According to this document, many cultures are of the opinion that cultural diversity in the world is a good and desirable thing. It takes its perspective on the doctrine of cultural harmony, and it is assumed that each group has something to offer and learn from the others. Cultural conflicts, on the other hand, point to problems arising from diversity, such as racism, terrorism, and human behavior.
