    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
    SEPARATION FROM EMPLOYMENT

    I, REMELDA W. YABIA and ZENAIDA M. GLOBA, both of legal age,


    both married, Filipino and a resident of 360 San Nicolas III, Bacoor, Cavite
    and Las Pinas City, respectively, after having been sworn to in accordance
    with law hereby depose and state:

    1. That we are a bonafide member of the Social Security System with


    SSS number 33-5161264-9 and 03-9932732-6 respectively;
    2. That we separated from our last employer, FEDERICO S.
    NAVARRETE/ JUDY’S PAWNSHOP, with address at 360 San Nicolas III,
    Bacoor, Cavite on December 31, 2020 and January 1999, respectively,
    thereafter we were never again re-employed;
    3. That we cannot secure a certification of separation from my last
    employer because _____________________;
    4. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the
    foregoing facts and for whatever purpose it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this
