1. JOSE GALBAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to Pilar Libres and a resident of
Tomoc, San Miguel, Bohol;
2. CLAUDIO GALBAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to Diosa Bastasa and a resident of
Tomoc, San Miguel, Bohol;
3. CESARIO GALBAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to Lucila C. Galban and a resident
of Moto Norte, Loon, Bohol, herein represented by CLAUDIO GALBAN by virtue of
Special Power of Attorney attached herewith as “ANNEX A”;
4. SUSAN GALBAN CEBALLOS, Filipino, of legal age, married to Jemelito Ceballos and
a resident of Moto Norte, loon, Bohol, herein represented by CLAUDIO GALBAN by
virtue of Special Power of attorney attached herewith as ANNEX “A”;
WITNESSETH-That:
WHEREAS, the proposed road right of way designated as Main Road in the
Consolidation-Subdivision Plan passes through the following portions of a parcel of land under
Transfer Certificate of Titles and Tax Declarations in the following manner to wit:
2) Tax Declaration No.2016-38-0018-00531, Lot No. 3414-J under the name of Jose Galban,
et.al containing an area of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX (1,386)
SQUARE EMETERS, more or less;

3) TCT NO. CARP2020000023 and Tax Declaration No.2016-38- 0018-538, Lot No.3414-Q
registered under the name of Susan Ceballos containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE (5,539) SQUARE METERS, more or less;
10) TCT NO. CARP2020000031 and Tax Declaration No.2016-38-0018-00546, Lot No.3414-Y
registered under the name of Jose Galban containing an area of TEN THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED EIGHT (10,808) SQUARE METERS, more or less;
11) Tax Declaration No.2016-38-0018-00547, Lot No.3414-Z registered under the name of
Jose Galban, et al. containing an area of TEN THOUSAND NINETY-ONE SQUARE
METERS, more or less;
WHEREAS, the aforementioned VENDORS desired to SELL the proposed right of way
designated as Main Road 8.00m of the said Consolidation-Subdivision Plan containing an area of
THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY (3,550) SQUARE METERS, more or less;
WHEREAS, the VENDEE also wants to buy MAIN ROAD of the said Consolidation-
Subdivision Plan of real property for public use and/or purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE:
The VENDORS do hereby undertake that their heirs, successors and assigns shall warrant
and defend the title to the real property subject of this Deed against all claims of all persons or
entities. The VENDORS also guarantee the right of the VENDEE to take possession of the
property subject of this agreement upon the signing and execution of this agreement and will
defend the latter against all judicial or administrative actions for eviction.

This Deed shall be valid and binding not only on the parties herein but also on their
heirs, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.

acknowledgment is written, duly signed by the parties and their witnesses on each and every
