INTRODUCTION
As time passes mixed-use development grows rapidly. Planners tend to create and design
innovations that can provide wellness and verdure of the people. Some vernacular ideas are
somewhat developed and modified for more improvements of mixed-use designs. As of
today, old or simple designs of a stand-alone office or residential buildings are disregarded
(no attention). The mixed-use building is not only about sustainability of the structure but
also it utilizes resources and spaces, but also provides its inhabitants a design that integrates
their lifestyle, work ethics, health and wellness, transportation, shopping and even green
spaces. The concept also allows planners and developers to flexibly adapt building uses as
time change.
AIM
The aim is to design the mix used development AT BANGALURU WITH INNOVATIVE,
GREEN AND SUSTANABLE DESIGN PRINCIPLES AND to more comfortable work-life
experience to resident and reduce the traffic congestion and enhance the environment.
OBJECTIVES
●To save the unproductive time that is spent in travelling from workplaces to respective
residences and vice versa by developing a habitable mixed use complex.
●The objective of the proposed project is to provide housing to about 29,000 occupants,
23,000 job opportunity and world class amenities to the people in the vicinity and within the
development.
●Ensures that the operation of mixed use development reduces the pollution loads due
reduced usage of natural resources by optimizing the design of various functional elements.
JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT
●Its play an important role in providing employment opportunities to the peoples of local and
from different parts of the country and also wants to be responsible by constructing
affordable residential clusters besides providing provisions for entertainment and recreation
facilities.
●The proposed construction of the office and hotel project will provide direct Jobs to about
35,000 people and many more indirect Jobs.
●On a regular basis a common man in metro city spends around 3 to 4 hours in traveling
from his workplace to his residence.
●Maximum time can be saved by creating a self-sufficient and self-sustaining space for
living.
