Appraisee to complete before the interview and return to the appraiser
2. What do you consider to be your most important achievements of the past year?
Have been able to source very senior profiles for the company.
3. What do you like and dislike about working for this organisation?
'Dislike' is not a word I would associate with MWT. The company has been so caring, considerate and humane
towards all it's employees. As they say, 'A friend in need is a friend indeed', when misfortune struck in the form of a
pandemic, MWT is one of the few companies that tried to retain as many employees as possible, even opting to pay

5. What elements of your job interest you the most, and least?
Being able to play a part in getting a person to get a job has been a motivating aspect that makes me love my job. I
really feel upset and let down when a candidate doesn't turn up for the interview or drop out just before his joining
date.
6. What do you consider to be your most important aims and tasks in the next year?
I wish to build more contacts in the industry and thereby increase the reach of my vacancy advertisements posted
online.
7. What action could be taken to improve your performance in your current position by you, and your boss?
Nothing off the bat that I could think of.
