    Patient : Nurse, help me. I have stomachache


    Nurse : Your stomach hurts?
    Patient : Yes, Nurse.
    Nurse : Where is the pain? Is it in the lower part or in
    the upper part of your stomach?
    Patient : It is in the upper part. It is in here.
    Nurse : Did you take any medicine for your pain?
    Patient : No, I haven’t take any medication.

    Patient : Nurse, help me. There is something wrong with my low back pain
    Nurse : Can you point at the location of your pain?
    Patient : Yes, Nurse. It is in the low part of my back
    Nurse : How would you rate what you feel?
    Patient : It is unbearable.
    Nurse : How often do you feel the pain?
    Patient : The pain is constantly happening.

    Patient : Nurse, help me. My knee is bleeding. It hurts.


    Nurse : Do you feel pain in your knee?
    Patient : Yes, Nurse. I tripped when I play hide and seek with my friend.
    Nurse : Did you take anything for your pain?
    Patient : No, I did not do anything to my injury.
    Nurse : What is the pain like?
    Patient : It is stinging.
