    Dear Dr. Seguero,

    I am writing to apply for the position of 4th grade teacher at Blue Ridge High School. I was in
    The Marine Corps for nearly eleven years and an instructor of new Marines for five of those
    years. After reviewing my enclosed resume, I hope you will agree that my training and
    experiences will greatly assist the staff and students.

    I have been an instructor for the past five years. I have organized and led numerous student
    development practical application on a variety of different tactical vehicles. I also have
    instructed Marines on recovering blown up or damaged vehicles, which requires quick
    decision-making skills.

    I would like to mention my most important qualifications:

    1. Basic and Advance School’s instructor in The Marine Corps

    2. Associate’s of Arts degree
