1.0 INTRODUCTION
Pendahuluan

1.1 This standard instruction covers all scheduled wastes produced by REKAYASA.
Instruksi standard ini meliputi setiap limbah yang dihasilkan oleh kegiatan perusahaan

2.0 PURPOSE
Tujuan

2.1 To ensure the generation and disposal of Scheduled Wastes is properly managed as well as
complies with Indonesian Regulations.
Untuk meyakinkan generasi dan pembuangan limbah harus di manage dengan baik sesuai
dengan Peraturan Republik Indonesia.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY
Tanggung Jawab

3.1 HSE Committee shall be responsible to ensure all Scheduled Wastes are properly
managed and disposed of according to Indonesian Regulations.
Panitia K-3 akan bertanggung jawab untuk meyakinkan limbah di manage dan dibuang
sesuai dengan ketentuan/peraturan Republik Indonesia.

3.2 HSE Committee shall be responsible to monitor storage and disposal of Scheduled
Wastes according to procedure. They shall also liaise with the licensed contractor /
subcontractor for disposal.
Panitia K-3 bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi/memonitor bahwa setiap penyimpanan dan
pembuangan limbah sesuai dengan prosedur. Mereka juga akan menyesuaikan dengan lisensi
kontraktor untuk pembuangan limbah.

3.3 The HSE Managers concerned are responsible to ensure effective implementation of
the procedure.
HSE Manager bertanggung jawab untuk menyakinkan pelaksanaan prosedur yang effektip.

3.4 PIC shall be responsible to ensure that this procedure has been followed.
PIC bertanggung jawab untuk meyakinkan bahwa prosedur ini di ikuti/dijalankan.

3.5 Contractor / Subcontractor shall be responsible to transfer all Scheduled Wastes

generated within the site to the prescribed premises.
Kontraktor/subkontraktor bertanggung jawab dalam mentransfer/memindahkan setiap limbah
dari lokasi ke tempat yang ditunjuk/disediakan.

4.0 STANDARD INSTRUCTION

Instruksi Standar

4.1 Scheduled Wastes in REKAYASA.

Limbah di Rekayasa

4.1.1 The Scheduled Wastes that are currently produced by REKAYASA are as per
Master list and Inventory of Scheduled Waste and kept as records.
Limbah yang dihasilkan oleh kegiatan Rekayasa sesuai dengan daftar dan inventory
limbah dan simpan sebagai file.

4.1.2 For any new type of waste, HSE Committee will check against to determine whether
it is Scheduled Wastes or not.
Untuk jenis limbah yang baru, Panitia K-3 akan memeriksa apakah ini termasuk
limbah yang dimaksud atau bukan.

4.1.3 The Master list of Scheduled Wastes will be revised if there are any changes.
Daftar limbah akan selalu direvisi bila terjadi perubahan.

4.2 Handling of Scheduled Wastes

Penanganan Limbah

4.2.1 All Scheduled Wastes that have been identified must have kept as record by Site
HSE Committee.
Setiap limbah yang sudah diindentifikasi, harus disimpan sebagai catatan/rekod oleh
Panitia K-2 proyek.

4.2.2 The person handling Scheduled Wastes must be equipped with PPE referring to the
MSDS.
Petugas yg menangani limbah harus dilengkapi dengan alat pelindung diri sesuai
dengan yang tertera pada MSDS.

4.2.3 Spillage of Scheduled Wastes must be cleaned up.

Setiap bocoran yang terjadi harus segera di bersihkan

4.3 Storage of Scheduled Wastes

Penyimpanan Limbah

4.3.1 Scheduled Wastes must be stored in durable containers that are able to prevent
spillage or leakage of the Scheduled Wastes into the environment.
Limbah harus disimpan dalam container yang kuat dan baik untuk mencegah
terjadinya kebocoran atau tumpahan limbah ke lingkungan.

4.3.2 Containers of Scheduled Wastes shall be clearly labelled in accordance to the

Indonesian Regulation.
Container untuk penampungan limbah harus diberi tanda label sesuai dengan
peraturan Republik Indonesia.

4.3.3 Incompatible Scheduled Wastes shall be stored in separate containers and separate
area.
Limbah yang berlainan jenis harus disimpan secara terpisah baik tempatnya maupun
lokasinya.

4.3.4 Design, location and maintenance of the Scheduled Wastes temporary storage
facility shall be adequate to prevent spillage or leakage of Scheduled Wastes to the
environment.
Desain, lokasi dan perawatan atas limbah, fasilitas penyimpanan sementara harus
baik sesuai ketentuan untuk mencegah tumpahan atau bocoran limbah ke
lingkungan.

4.3.5 The Temporary Location of Scheduled Waste.

Lokasi sementara untuk limbah.

4.4 Internal Disposal and Collection

Penampungan dan pembuangan internal

4.4.1 HSE Officer shall inform HSE Manager on the quantity and type of Scheduled
Wastes to be transferred from the worksite to store.
HSE Officer harus memberitahu HSE Manager jumlah dan jenis limbah yang akan
di kirim/dikeluarkan dari lokasi proyek ke penampungan.

4.4.2 HSE Manager shall verify the information by inspecting the waste intended for
transfer and ensure proper labelling and packaging.
HSE Manager akan mengklarifikasi informasi yang diterima dengan melakukan
pemeriksaan atas limbah yg akan dikeluarkan dan memeriksa label serta
kemasannya.

4.4.3 All Scheduled Wastes must be sent to designate temporary storage area by HSE
Officer.
Setiap limbah harus dikirim ke tempat penampungan sementara oleh HSE Officer.

4.4.4 The HSE Officer is responsible for any spillage during sending and storing of the
Scheduled Wastes at Chemical / Scheduled Waste Store.
HSE Officer bertanggung jawab atas setiap tumpahan dalam proses pengirimandan
penyimpanan limbah.

4.5 Disposal of Scheduled Wastes

Pembuangan Limbah

4.5.1 The HSE Manager will contact the waste disposal contractor to arrange
transportation for disposing the waste.
HSE Manager akan menghubungi kontraktor yang menangani limbah untuk
menyediakan kendaraan untuk membuang limbah.

4.5.2 The HSE Officer will arrange for loading the waste into the waste disposal
transporters.
HSE Officer akan melakukan persiapan untuk pemuatan limbah ke kendaraan.

4.6 Selling of Scheduled Wastes to Vendor

Penjualan limbah

4.6.1 All Scheduled Wastes can only be sold to outside company.

Semua limbah bisa dijual ke luar dari perusahaan

4.6.2 Sales of Scheduled Wastes shall be kept as record by HSE Committee.

Penjualan limbah harus di catat dan di pegang oleh Panitia K-3.
