Purification principle and features Purification principle Impurities (oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and water vapor ) in the raw gas are adsorbed in a purifier filled with catalyst and adsorbent. 2 trains of purifier are contained in facility and each train performs alternately purification and regeneration. During one train is in purification, another is in regeneration or stand by. Features of facility 1) Stainless products are utilized to the part to be contacted the gases. 2) The purified gases are strictly protected from contamination by utilizing of the pipes and fittings cleaned by oil free treatment , washing, bright annealing, ete. 3) All connections of facility are accepted the materials and workmanship which possible to prevent any leakage or induction of gases. 4) Optimum purification cycles are selected depend upon the composition of raw gas and flow rate of gas supply. 5) Inert gases can be removed its containing oxygen without adding hydrogen gas at ambient temperature, and therefore , no cooling devices is required. 6) Itis electro polished, 0.01 #m filter at pure gas outlet, and the inside of piping behind it.JIP-100E-S, sear? 9.
