    This assignment is divided into two parts: tender and project management. The report needs to be
    generated based on Monthly Progress Report. Please submit only one main (1) report for each group.

    Question 1 - TENDER ADVERTISEMENT (GROUP ASSIGNMENT)

    You are required to select one (1) development project that is still under construction progress (based on
    monthly progress report) and prepare one (1) tender advertisement based on the project (assume that the
    project has not started, and tender advertisement is being made to appoint a suitable contractor).

    The advertisement calling for tenders for services related to a government project must be clearly stated.
    (not limited to):

    i. The name of the department sponsoring the building project


    ii. The type of service/contract required (e.g 'construction services', 'architectural services',
    'project management services')
    iii. The project title, location, project reference number, and a brief description of the nature of
    the work
    iv. How and where the interested service providers/contractor may collect the relevant
    documentation (which may include downloading the documents from a secure website)
    v. Contact reference
    vi. The tender closing date and time, along with the place for lodgement of submissions
                       (i.e. the location of the tender box if required for regional tenders)

    Question 2 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT (GROUP ASSIGNMENT)

    Project Management is the management of one particular project or work, to develop and implement an
    innovation or change in an existing operation or organization. Project management should encompass
    planning and control the project activities subject to resources, budget and time constraints to keep the
    project on schedule.

    You are required to select one (1) development project that is still under construction progress (based on
    monthly progress report) and review thoroughly on these following contents:

    i. Table of Contents (possible to compare with others project)


    ii. Comment on total progress work on site (current/delay/ahead)
    iii. Explain on the Work Programme (numbers of task and duration)
    iv. Weather chart (effected activity if any)
    v. Plant and machinery (if any)
     The report should not be taken from the lecturer note directly and must contain information that
    gathered from other sources. 
     The length of the main report should be MORE than 5 pages for both questions.

    Please submit online via GC by not later than 18/1/2021
