Main missions
1 - Deployment of new countries on NAV
- Project management over an entire NAV deployment cycle - from kick off to live go
with
Core Model approach on a country, with among others the following main phases:
- Kick off preparation
- Preparation and execution of the gap analysis with the existing core Model (gap fit
analysis)
- Identification and challenge of points of difference, ensuring as far as possible to
propose
standard solutions
- Realization / supervision of modifications or development / configuration of the ERP
NAV in
link with the integrator
- Definition of an adequate training and support plan for change necessary for
good handling of the tool, both functional and technical, with users
- Management and monitoring of the data migration phase
- Preparation and animation of project committee instances with key users
- Liaison with the transformation team to support the change
2- Support and assistance for countries deployed on NAV
- Support and assistance to the international subsidiaries on which NAV is
operational
- User training in good NAV practices
- Management of functional application developments in compliance with the Core
Model
- Writing functional specifications
- Guarantee the quality of development by the integrating partner
- Realization of unit functional tests
- Management of user recipe and production
4 - Functional knowledge:
You justify of a successful experience in the management of ERP NAV projects in
the sector of
distribution in the following areas:
- commercial management (purchases / sales)
- logistics with warehouse management
- supply chain
- finance
Knowledge of the operation of a distribution entity.
Mastery of operational support methods for change management (in particular
in the context of the implementation of new processes or the deployment of new
applications)
Mastery of IT project methodology.
Mastery of Project Management methods (ex: PMI, CMMI, ...)
