    1. Call to Order
    CESAR O. PANELO The Provincial Mining Regulatory Board Meeting was called to order by Engr.

    Carlos A. Tayag, Chairman, at 2:35 PM.

    The meeting started with a prayer led by Engr Morante. The technical secretariat
    acknowledged the members present. There being a quorum, the meeting
    proceeded with the following agenda:

    a. Approval of The motion for the approval of the proposed agenda was moved
    Provisional by the Engr. Panelo and seconded by the body.

    approval of previous meeting. After which, the minutes of the meeting was

    seconded by the body with some minor corrections.

    documentations for this issue is beyond
    the mandate of the PMRB.
    e.4 Letter of the District It was suggested by Engr. Rimando
    Engineer concerning during the Sanggunian Bayan meeting
