Mail dt: 09/12/2019 With reference to the above subject and the mail dated: 09/12/19 (Annexure 1), we would like to clarify as follows: 1) CMRL Query - Clarification over 75 FP (Material submittal form, Complaince Statement & Installation instructions) & 75 FP-1 - (1x2) (Kantaflex Drawing, Test Certificate] - Kindly clarify which system at you going to use 75 FP & 75 FP-1: NCC Reply - Manufacturer confirmed that 75FP is the system and 75FP-1 is the model number. It is mentioned as “75FP-1” in sketch and Test Certificate in order to specify model number (for 20mm expansion gap). Clarification is attached in Annexure-1. 2) CMRL Query - Test Report for Moisture Barrier is missing: NCC Reply - Material Test Certificate for 20mm Expansion Joint Waterproofing Material - Moisture Barrier (Make: Kanta flex; Model: 75FP) is attached in Annexure-2. 3) CMRL Query - Leak Test to be performed: NCC Reply - Leak test is already performed in the presence of CMRL Site representatives and found waterproof, This is for your review and request for your approval please.
