MyRemote Access Using OneLogin 2-Factor Authentication

1) First you need to register your mobile phone for 2-factor authentication, which starts with
browsing to http://entercom.onelogin.com on your computer.

2) Login in with your email address, which is typically FirstName.LastName@entercom.com (This

is the email address that people see when you email outside the company) and click Continue.

3) Enter in your network login password (same password as what you log into email with) and click
Continue.

4) Click “Begin Setup”

5) Download “OneLogin Protect” on your mobile phone from the App Store or Google Play (make
sure you download “OneLogin Protect” and NOT “OneLogin Mobile”), then click Activate and
you will be presented with a QR code.

6) Start the “OneLogin Protect” application on your phone. Allow the application to send
notifications and access to your camera when prompted. For Android users, go to settings and
enable push notifications for “OneLogin Protect”.
7) Within the “OneLogin Protect” application on your phone, press the + button in the upper right
hand corner on the screen and scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen with your
phone’s camera. After the scan is compete, you will see random numbers displayed in the
application, which you can ignore…you are done registering your phone and you can now focus
your attention back to your computer.

8) Go to https://myremote.entercom.com and log in with your EMAIL address, typically

FirstName.LastName@entercom.com, and your network login password (the same as you used
in step #2 and #3)

9) You will get an alert on your phone from OneLogin stating “Access to Onelogin has been
requested”. Open the alert and you will be prompted to Deny/Accept. Press Accept and your
login will complete at MyRemote. Done!

IF YOU EVER GET A ONELOGIN ACCESS REQUEST AND YOU ARE NOT LOGGING IN TO
MYREMOTE, CLICK DENY AND ALERT YOUR IT DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY.
