CITI PAYLITE MOBILE EXCLUSIVE CAMPAIGN (Grab Rewards) 15 September 2019 – 15 November 2019

Citi PayLite is a service that enables Citi Cardmembers to convert unbilled retail transactions at a specified interest rate.

The provisions set out in the Citibank Card Terms and Conditions (“Citi Card T&Cs”), the respective terms and conditions
governing your credit card type (where applicable) and the Citi PayLite Terms and Conditions (“Citi PayLite T&Cs”) are
incorporated by reference as part of these terms and conditions, and where there is any inconsistency between these
terms and conditions with the aforementioned, these terms and conditions shall prevail insofar as for the purpose of this
Campaign.

All terms and definitions used here, unless otherwise specified, carry the same meaning as outlined in the Citi Card T&Cs
and the Citi PayLite T&Cs. Please visit www.citibank.com.my for more details.

Campaign Period

This campaign, organized by Citibank Berhad (Company No. 297089-M) (“Citibank”) will run for two months, from 15
September 2019 to 15 November 2019, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

Campaign Month 1: 15 September 2019 - 14 October 2019


Campaign Month 2: 15 October 2019 - 15 November 2019

Eligibility

1. By invitation to selected existing Citibank Credit Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”, each, a “Cardmember”) who
receives an invitation via electronic direct mailer (“Invitation E-mail”) from Citibank (“Eligible Cardmember(s)”).

2. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign:-


a. Citibusiness Cardmembers (business underwriting, but not personal underwriting);
b. holder(s) of any Citi Card(s) who is (are) in default of any facilities granted by Citibank at any time during the
Campaign Period, subject to Citibank’s discretion; and/or
c. any Citibank customer who has committed or suspected to have committed any fraudulent or wrongful acts in
relation to his/her Citibank Card Account or any facility of service granted by Citibank, including Citibank Online,
accessible via www.citibank.com.my

3. This Campaign is only open to Eligible Cardmember(s) and any application(s) is/are subject to Citibank's approval. For
data privacy and security, please do not disseminate or forward Citi's email to other persons or any third parties.

Campaign Mechanics

4. Subject to these terms and conditions, an Eligible Cardmember(s) will be entitled to receive RM10 Grab Rewards
provided that:-

(a) the Eligible Cardmember(s)’ application for Citi PayLite is made via Citi Mobile ® App;
(b) Citi PayLite application is successfully approved within the Campaign Period; and

(c) the amount of accumulated Citi Paylite approved is RM1,000 or more.

5. To receive the Grab Rewards, the approved Citi PayLite must meet a minimum amount of RM1,000 within one month
(either Campaign Month 1 or Campaign Month 2) with no minimum tenure. Eligible Grab Rewards is based on the
accumulated Citi PayLite applied via Citi Mobile® App and successfully approved within the month:

6. For the avoidance of doubt, all Citi PayLite applications are subject to Citibank’s credit assessment and approval.
Further, Eligible Cardmembers:
a. can only receive a maximum of RM10 Grab Rewards once throughout the Campaign Period regardless of how
many application and/or the amount of the accumulated CitiPaylite approved; and
b. will receive the Grab Rewards if the required amount of the accumulated Citi PayLite approved is within the
Campaign Period.

7. For the avoidance of further doubt, “successfully approved” means Cardmember(s) application for Citi PayLite via Citi
Mobile ® App during the Campaign Period is approved by Citi on or before 31 October 2019. Upon successful
application, customers will receive SMS confirmation and digital payment advice. A conditional approval of Citi PayLite
is not a “successfully approved” application. An applicant whose application is successfully approved in accordance
with these terms and conditions is hereinafter referred to as a “Successful Applicant”.

Citibank reserves the right to disqualify such Eligible Cardmember from receiving any Grab Rewards if the Eligible
Cardmember make early settlement/ cancel/ terminate the Successfully Approved Citi PayLite prior to its full tenure.

Fulfillment

8. Successful Applicants whose Citi PayLite has been successfully approved via Citi Mobile® App will receive a
congratulatory email or SMS from Citi within two (2) months from the end of the Campaign Period (15 November
2019) and instruction on how to redeem the Grab Reward.

9. If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the Grab Rewards within five (5) months after the end of the Campaign Period,
a Successful Applicant is required to contact Citiphone @ 03-23830000 to request for an inquiry.

10. Citi reserves the right to substitute the Grab Rewards with another reward or gift of similar value (if such reward is an
item, then similar retail value).

11. Eligible Cardmembers’ Citibank Credit Card Account(s) must be in good standing (including current in repayments)
and has an active e-mail address to redeem the Grab Rewards. Citibank reserves the right to revoke or cancel any
Rewards if any loan, facility of service is cancelled, suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever.

12. Customer has to have a Grab account in order to redeem the entitled Grab Rewards.

13. Grab Reward are given out on an “As Is” basis, and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other
goods, whether in part or in full.
14. Grab Reward to be redeemed are subject to its own set of terms and conditions as may be stipulated by the
participating merchants and/or supplier and is subject to availability. In addition to the terms and conditions herein,
all other rules and regulations including the terms and conditions applicable to Grab shall apply.
15. For the avoidance of doubt, the Grab Rewards are provided by Citibank’s suppliers. The Eligible Cardmember(s)
hereby acknowledge and agree that Citibank excludes all warranty and/or liability in connection with the reward
and/or the Campaign. Eligible Cardmember(s) shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability,
mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including personal injury and/or death) resulting from their
participation in the Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the Grab Reward. Citibank shall not be held responsible
for any loss, damage or injury (including death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by the Cardmember(s) as a result
of the participation in the Campaign and/or the use of the Grab Reward.

16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and Citibank expressly excludes and disclaims any,
representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any
warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the reward.

17. The title in the reward and any risk of loss or damage to the reward will pass to the Eligible Cardmember(s) upon
delivery/redemption of the reward to such Eligible Cardmember(s). Citibank shall not be liable for or obliged to
recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen reward where such defect, loss or damage in respect of
the reward is not due to the fault and/or negligence of Citibank.

18. The Eligible Cardmember(s) understand that the terms and conditions specified in the Grab Reward are beyond the
Bank’s control and are determined by the participating merchant. Any dispute(s) arising out of the terms and
conditions applicable to Grab Reward must be settled directly by the Cardmember(s) and the participating merchant.
Citibank is not responsible for investigating or resolving any disputes between Cardmember(s) and the participating
merchant or supplier and is not responsible for replacing or canceling any redemption as a result of such dispute(s).

Miscellaneous

19. If an Eligible Cardmember:-


a. is not eligible to participate in the Campaign and/or receive Grab Rewards; and/or,
b. has committed or is suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to
his/her use of any Citi services or facilities;
Citibank reserves the right to disqualify such Eligible Cardmember from the Campaign and/or receiving any Grab
Rewards.

20. Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding.

21. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this Campaign, each and every Eligible Cardmember is
agreeing that he/ she will not hold Citi and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including
without limitation, any third party service providers that Citibank may engage for the purpose of this Campaign) liable
for any loss or damages that he/she incur, in connection with the Campaign.

22. Citibank will not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout,
industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond the
reasonable control of Citi.

23. Citibank reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these Terms and conditions with notice. These terms
and conditions may be varied and changed by Citibank by way of posting on Citibank Online at www.citibank.com.my
or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. In this respect, the Eligible Cardmember’s participation in this
Campaign also signifies his/her agreement to access the Website at regular intervals to view these terms and
conditions to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any variations or changes which Citibank may effect from time
to time. Eligible Cardmembers also agree that their continued participation in this Campaign will constitute their
acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied from time to time). For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation,
termination, withdrawal or suspension by Citibank of this Campaign will not entitle the Eligible Cardmember to any
compensation against Citi for any and all loss or damage that be suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a
direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.

24. Any terms and conditions applicable to this Campaign which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or
regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability without
invalidating the remaining provisions.

25. These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed under the laws of Malaysia.

Privacy
At Citi, the security of personal information about you is our top priority. We protect this information by maintaining
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet applicable law. We train our employees in the proper handling
of personal information. When we use other companies to provide services for us, we require them to protect the
confidentiality of personal information they receive.
