The Benefits of Running

We live in a society characterized by a lack of time. For this reason, everything that
requires a few hours and a displacement for its practice is beyond the reach of many.
Luckily, running doesn't understand timetables or places: it is enough to put on your
shoes and hit the streets. It is worth mentioning that running is becoming an extremely
popular sport for all ages, in my opinion this is because this is a sport that does not
discriminate age, gender, race, or condition, that is, anyone can start their practice
without requiring special preparation.

When practicing this sport, a lot of work is done on physical resistance, which
contributes to improving cardiorespiratory capacity, making the lungs and heart work
more efficiently. In addition, it helps reduce heart beats per minute by strengthening
your muscles. And it is that with resistance work the heart muscles become stronger,
allowing you to pump more blood with each beat. This causes you to have to beat fewer
times and therefore less tired and increases the number of capillaries, which favors more
nutrients to reach the muscles. As you can see, resistance training is not just a matter of
improving your times but improving your health.

More and more people are signing up for running fashion, because running is much
more than a trend, it is a practice that brings many benefits both physically and
mentally. On a physical level, running helps improve our locomotor system, it is worth
mentioning that the locomotor system is the one that supports and protects us for the
organs of our entire body and perhaps you have heard or read that running destroys the
knees of runners or that deteriorates the joints in general, and surely, if you have not set
limits, this could have happened. The most important thing is that you are aware that if
you have just started running, you must respect the adaptation of your locomotor system
to this new activity. On a mental level, running increases your feeling of happiness,
improves your self-esteem and helps you sleep better. In short, running can improve
your life in many aspects.
Health problems is something that many people face every day, however running can
help improve some health problems, such as strengthening the heart, reducing blood
pressure and even improving blood circulation, this is It is because it increases the
number of capillaries, favoring the nutrients of the muscles and eliminating waste in the
blood. Reason why every day older people make running their favorite activity.
Running is one of the sports of the moment and many people are hooked every day to
this healthy hobby since every we become more cultured to the body and we are more
aware of the importance of leading a healthy way of life.
