    SITE QUALITY OBSERVATION REPORT


    DATE: 6th October, 2018.
    SUBJECT: Providing and Laying Raw and Clear Water Main Project at Dadri Toe Jhajjar Haryana.
    TO: M/s Jainco Buildcon Pvt Ltd.
    From: Bikash Ghosh-Sr. Engg (PHE) of SMEC
    This report shows the site quality Observations of the “Development of Model Economic Township ” located near Jhajjar City,
    Haryana. SMEC (India) Pvt. Ltd./PMC audit the construction site of Providing and Laying Raw and Clear Water Main Project at Dadri
    Toe Jhajjar Haryana, during site execution in regular basis.

    The purpose of those observations is to assure quality work during different stage of execution of the project is being built in general
    conformance with the contract documents and according to the design concept. This scope of work is intended to determine, by
    regular visits to the construction site by PMC, if the work is proceeding in general conformance with the contract documents and
    with the design concept.

    These construction observations are limited in scope and purpose to assure the quality work in different stage of execution. These
    observations are intended to (1) uncover the code violations or defects in construction, (2) monitor the contractors work in detail, (3)
    and provide quality supervision.

    This report presents pictures taken during daily site visit of the “Providing and Laying Raw and Clear Water Main Project ” from
    Mundakhera to Dadri Toe Jhajjar Haryana.

    The major observation captured in photographs and observed during routine site visit are,
    1.       End pluggings has not been done
    2.       ROW line markings has to be done
    3.       Worker found without proper PPE's
    4.       Sand bedding must be done properly. Watering and ramming should be done before laying of DI pipes

    OBSERVATIONS FOR THE PROJECT
