This is a thing of nostalgic beauty! Four decades ago, my Navy buddy Gary Jones and I traveled
from San Diego to Mexico. It was a short but memorable trip.
Had to make a second one after the first was so well received, thanks again for the inspiration.

Inspired by Creatiedroom's "Wooden Toy Volkswagen Bus" instructable, I made this for my
brother's VW model collection

Hey well done, it's beautiful!

As a Westfalia driver, I really love this. Too bad I'm not a woodworker, but I'll pass it on to the guys
at the mechanic shop in case one of them is. Thanks for this wonderful project. (As said below,
yes, plans included would be nice.)
Thank you very much!

I believe that this is the first Instructable I have seen from you... wonderful project!
I have a friend who has that exact VW bus... if I get the time... I absolutely must build it.
Thank you for sharing!
Thank you very much!

I would love to make one of these at some point. I think if you added your plans in PDF format to
one of your steps, that would be fantastic. I've done that on a few of my small wooden projects,
and people really seem to appreciate it. Many people would surely make this!! :D
Thank you!
I don't attach the plans, so people can send me a picture of their results via email more quickly.
Just wondering how attaching the plans affects how quickly people send through their results?

I don't know, but I'm doing all my plans by mail.

Wow, it turned out so well!

Thank you very much!

Sorry i didn't know of this entry before judging was closed. Absolutely I would have voted for it.
This is a great project. I love the suitcase and the surfboard accessories.
Thank you!

This is such a cute little toy and I just love how you made the colorful surfboards using skateboard
wood :)
Thank you so much!

I always marvel at your talent!

Thank you!!
