We work on behalf of visionary individuals to implement philanthropic projects selected specially for
them, turning them into powerful agents of change. Our approach to philanthropy is based on serving
the needs of successful business people. We find the best way to serve our clients and the projects they
aspire to support.

In other words, we are a one-of-a-kind organization focused on making major gifts more effective.

The Organisation
We recognise that there is a need for new structures and norms in philanthropy and our organisation
acts on that need. We have taken an integral, whole system approach dedicated to continuous
improvement in our services, and better results for our clients.

Vision

We aim to create a new force for good in the world by aligning the passion and resources of next
generation donors to achieve more effective, enriching and empowering philanthropy.

Purpose

We strive to inspire, educate and support successful individuals who want to do good in the world. We
fill in the growing gap between our clients and the philanthropic organisations.

Our Approach

We focus on what matters most: results. In keeping with that approach we strive to minimize
administrative work and reporting, so as to not divert too many resources from project work.

Capacity Building

Together with our clients, we focus on building the capacity of the organisations we support. This
approach contributes to project success as well as contributing to the organisation's efficiency and
sustainability. Our focus on capacity building leads to better results.

We put our heart into each project and share our passion for doing good in the world with each client,

Project Criteria:

We use four categories of evaluation criteria to choose projects.


High Impact - We work to ensure that our clients’ investments produce clear, measurable impacts. We
look for evidence of the impact and make sure each project has a reasonable evaluation plan. We strive
to involve our clients in projects that bring meaningful improvement to the lives of others. Finally, we
look for efforts that can sustainable without the client's ongoing support.

Cost Effectiveness - When assessing projects, we look for a clearly demonstrated need for clients’
resources. We also look at the project's estimated cost. For each project we do cost benefit analysis to
ensure that the project delivers the best possible ROI. We also look for reasonable cost-cutting
opportunities as the project proceeds.  

Skilled Staff - We verify that the selected organisation has the human capital required to successfully
carry out the project. In doing so, we determine what skills are needed for the project, if there is a need
for specialised knowledge and if the organisation has people with those skills. When there is a skill gap
we seek outside assistance.

Involving Beneficiaries - When a client’s specific area involves helping individuals, we seek to
understand their greatest needs and how the project would address those needs. The people we serve
usually know best what they need and how they can be helped. Because of this, project goals should be
mutually determined. We also believe in maintaining a clear line of communication with beneficiaries.

We guide our clients through a road map starting with finding the right project for them to letting them
witness the results of their act of good with their own eyes.

Step 1 - SEEK A DESTINATION


Finding the appropriate project to support can be a complex, uncertain process. We help you
select a project that reflects your values, interests and dreams. Then we help you find the sweet
spot where passion and need overlap. Finally, we help you navigate through the ocean of causes
to find the specific destination for their philanthropic journey. 

Step 2 - RESEARCH THE AREA


After identifying the destination, we build expertise that will maximize the impact of each client's
unique resources. We contact experts, talk to beneficiaries and seek to understand both the
internal and external environment of the area. We identify different intervention strategies and
list the organisations behind them. We create selection criteria that ensure the selected project
aligns with your philanthropic goals.

Step 3 - PLAN THE JOURNEY


Before diving into the project, a plan has to exist. We can help you contribute to the project's
strategic plan, theory of change, or to both. Together with all the parties involved, we outline
actions that will lead to the desired social change outcome. We identify what resources need to be
invested to complete the project and what is expected from each party.

We work toward establishing a sustainable and fruitful partnership between our clients and the projects
they support. 

Step 4 - WITNESS THE RESULTS


At the end of the philanthropic journey we let you see the result of your generosity.  We use
different media to make the project come alive and offer to arrange a field trip to the project
location. We strive to provide each client with a memorable and enriching experience.
