    Dear Mr/Ms/Mrs,

    I am writing this letter on behalf of the Frontliners here at JNRAL FAMILY CORPORATION. During
    this time of Extensive Community Quarantine, we are still encountering a lot of PUI (Person
    Under Investigation) patients. We, as healthcare workers, have this mission to help specially
    those who are sick: however, due to lack of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), our facility is
    currently not capable of handling PUI patients. 

    In order to achieve our mission, we our humbly asking for your help for us to buy the PPE that
    we need. Rest assured that your donations will be given to our Frontliners (Doctors, Nurses,
    Medical Technologist, Radio technologist, Pharmacist, and helpers). We will be sending you a
    follow up after all of the necessary supplies are bought and are readily available for our usage.
