    Collage Making Contest

    Mechanics and Guidelines

    1. Maximum of two members are allowed in a team to join the contest.

    2. The collage should revolve around the theme which will be announced by the contest
    chairman/administrator during the contest proper.

    3. All materials shall be provided by the participants except the 1/4 sized illustration board which will be
    the base paper to be used in the contest. Outlining of masterpiece and borrowing of materials is strictly
    not allowed during the contest.

    4. The materials to be used in the contest should be indigenous or recyclable materials.

    5. The allocated time for the contest is only one and a half hour, after which all entries should be
    submitted to the contest facilitators.

    6. Each output shall be identified by a number that corresponds to the number and identity of the
    contestants for judging process.

    7. The contest will be judged based on the following criteria:

    Creativity-30%

    Relevance to the theme - 40%

    Originality-20%

    Visual Impact-10%
