    Instructions for December 2019 Term End Examination

    1. Examinee must be in possession of valid IGNOU Identity Card during the examination and should not carry
    Mobile Phone inside the Examination Hall at the time of Examination.

    2. Calculators are allowed for use in the examination unless otherwise prohibited through instructions in the
    question paper.

    3. Each day timings of session are as under:


    Morning session (10:00 am to 1:00 pm)
    Afternoon session (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm)

    4. The exact duration of the exam of a particular paper will be as indicated on the question paper

    5. BCA / MCA / BLIS / PGDAST / MSCMACS / PGDLAN / ACIS / PGDIS / DBPOFA AND CCITSK
    students will have to adhere to the following instructions:

    (i) The examination centre for the above (Sl.No.5) will be identified by the concerned Regional Centre.

    (ii) The examination centre allotted in the hall ticket issued by the SED is only for THEORY papers for the
    December 2019 T.E. Exam

    (iii) For venue and schedule of PRACTICAL EXAM please contact your concerned Regional Centre.

    (iv) Date Sheet for PRACTICAL exams will be uploaded on respective Regional Centres website at
    appropriate time.

    Medium of Instruction:The students are required to give answers to the questions only in the languages in
    which the Programme is offered. Answer scripts written in any other regional language in which the
    Programmes are not offered will not be evaluated and the same will be cancelled without any intimation to the
    students. In such cases, the students will be required to reappear in the examination.

    The students have an option to attempt the Examination of the courses in Hindi medium
    irrespective of registration of the same in English medium.

    The exams of Foundation course (FST and BSHF101) will be held twice, once for the students of BA and
    B.Com and next for the students of B.Sc. and rest of the programmes. Accordingly, the datesheet has been
    modified and the dates for the courses are as under :-

    FST01 - 28-12-2019 (Evening) for (BA and BCom) AND 31-12-2019 (Morning) for (B.Sc and Other
    programmes)

    BSHF101 - 09-12-2019 (Evening) for (BA and BCom) AND 17-12-2019 (Evening) for (B.Sc and
    Other programmes)

    Examination for both courses i.e. FST01 & BSHF101 will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type and
    conducted on OMR sheets only.

    REVISED B.ED PROGRAM STUDENTS IN THE STATE OF JAMMU & KASHMIR ARE SCHEDULED
    BETWEEN 31-12-2019 TO 8-1-2020. HALL TICKET WILL BE UPLOADED SOON/IN DUE COURSE.
