This will show the result of the survey questionnaires done to the 10 respondents in the

research locale.

Demographic profile of the respondents.

The table shows the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of

age. It shows that more of the respondents are at the age of 17 and 18 which

have a percentage of 30 while the 19 and 20 have 20%.

the respondents shop online which have a 100 %.

commerce company than Shopee that has 10%.

shows that the 100% of the respondents take the cash on delivery.

The Factors that affecting the customer to make buy to online shops.

The table shows represents the factors affecting the customer to make

buy in online shops in terms of prices. It can be seen that 40% of the respondents

strongly agree and agree that the price of the online shop that they choose are

affordable and 20% are slightly agree. The 50% of the respondents strongly agree that

the online shops offers a discount to their customer, 20% of it says agree and 30% says

slightly agree. In terms of offering a coupon, 40 % says they are strongly agreed and

slightly agree, and 20% says agree. In special offers, 60% of the respondents says

strongly agree, 30% agree and 10% says slightly agree.

The table represents one of the factors affecting the customer to make buy in

online shops which is the usage of the website or application. The 40% of the
respondents says strongly agree, 50%says agree and 10% says slightly agree that the

website or app is easy to see and navigate. In terms of user friendly of the apps or

website and the product is easy to access, the 60% says agreed and 30% strongly

agree, 10% slightly agree. It also shows the 50% of the respondents strongly agree that

the apps or website is easy to use and 40% agree and 10% slightly disagree.

The table shows the privacy and security of the chosen online shops of the

respondents. It can be seen that the 50% of the respondents agrees on the protection of

the privacy of the customers in the website and 30% strongly agree and 20% slightly

agree. In terms of the security of the transaction in the shop, the 60% of the

respondents agree, 30% strongly agree and 10% slightly agree. It can be seen that the

50% agree that the online shops that they chose established a good security system,

30% strongly agree and 20% are slightly agree.

The table shows the delivery system of the e-commerce they chose. It can be

seen that 50% of the respondents says strongly agree,10% agree and 20% slightly

agree and disagree that it delivers on time. The 70% of the respondents strongly agree

that it offers cash on delivery and 20% agree, 10% slightly agree. In offering free

shipping, 30% says strongly agree and slightly agree and 20% agree and disagree.
