During Technical Clarification, NPSHR advised by Vendor is much higher than
0.012 m as indicated and Vendor advised that NPSHA is not enough even
installing suction dampener. Vendor also advised that only Pump Suction Lift
can be considered for pump selection. --> If pump suction lift can meet the
requirement, no need to consider NPSH. Vendor to check and clarify.
