To understand and propose the solution to optimise the procurement process

which includes the new approval process, new release strategies
configurations, development of new workflow Items for purchase requisition
and Purchase orders and development of Z Reports.
• Rohit was one of the functional consultant in the team of 3 resources, and
my role was to do the development of the RICEFW ID’s involved in the
assignment which includes, new release strategy configuration, workflow
strategy development for purchase requisition, custom Z report and config.
changes.
MATERIAL MASTER DATA ARCHIVING FOR A DANISH UPSTREAM OIL

COMPANY
• Rohit has a very strong expertise in Master and Transactional data
archiving. I was the single resource assigned to this assignment and
successfully executed the archiving of 40K materials in Production system.
• Rohit has prepared a custom report which will provide the list of available
material which are ready for archiving.
• I received a appreciation certificate from the client side for performing this
activity; which was performed for the very first time in the history of the
organisation.
IMPLEMENTATION OF VENDOR ENRICHED CATALOG(SIMILAR TO SAP

ARIBA)
Rohit was the one of the functional consultant in a team of 2 resources. My

role was to understand the business requirement and propose a solution to
the business and get the solution implemented in SAP system.
• We coordinated with the 3rd party vendor i.e. jCatalog, where the part of
logic needs to be implemented in jCatalog system. We jointly prepared the
functional document for the various requirement captured under RICEFW.
• A part of requirement, a set of data like Material linked to contracts, non
contract materials data, vendor’s master data , material group data &
Functional Location needs to be sent to J catalog system from SAP system
and vice versa.
• Vendor can access the Catalog system and update the details of materials,
and via the batch job data will be transferred to SAP system.
TO HANDLE CHANGE REQUEST’S & SUPPORT ROLE FOR A DANISH

UPSTREAM OIL COMPANY
• Part of AM and AD team, involved in understanding the business

requirement of the CR and executing the same within the stringent timeline
• Created a business proposal of the solution to be proposed to Client after
discussing with the process experts.
• Updated the functional document with reference to the changes delivered
in CR.
• Prepared test script to be performed by the business user
• Resolved the incidents related to SAP MM and RLM well within the stringent
SLA.
• Handled the Procurement call and a service call with business Super-user
and Local business Manager to discuss the issue related to procurement
and monthly status report of two business location respectively.
• Created MIS to extract Procurement’s Key process Indicator on monthly
basis and develop understanding of business trend
