Academic Achievements of Unitedworld School of Law (UWSL)

Unitedworld School of Law (UWSL) is focused on developing new era of law graduates to
bring innovation in taking up the complex procedural challenges and simplifying it. Our
students learn to manage and draw insights from multifaceted legal challenges and
opportunities of the new millennium. They are heavily trained to work in cross-functional
teams, so that they handle multiple legal cases. To improvise and sharpen analytical skills
among future lawyers, we encourage our students to get actively involved in mooting and
debating society. At Unitedworld School of Law, teaching methodology has been designed to
emphasize on theoretical and practical nuances.

Apart, from traditional academic activities, our students have been exposed to legal work
culture through various field visits, which is largely channelised through legal aid cell. Our
students are been groomed through various development programs which include special
lecturers from Advocates, Corporate Lawyers, Session Judges, Supreme Court Judges. In
addition to this our students are inspired to participate in various sports and cultural activities.

discussion, tour to library, using e-resources as tool for advance learning, using
manupatra, AIR, etc. in e-form.

legal session.

names of such clubs are Human Right, Freedom, Equality, Justice, Truth, Fraternity,
Dignity, Liberty etc. The competition amongst the different clubs motivates them for
a better academic performance.
17. To boost up confidence of our students we have invited many motivational speakers
from the legal and business fraternity to be as role models to our students which may
help them in developing and shaping their career.
18. We have kept competition for reasoned writing by giving a problem to the students
and then asking them to write their reasoned decision. As we know in the field of
legal sciences reasoning is an important segment and that any order without any
reasoning is not acceptable and can be said to cryptic order. This kind of competition
is to help develop skills of the students to find out logical reasons in support of their
decision.
