INTRODUCTION OF PROJECT Resort is a place of luxury, comfort and relaxation with peace of mind. One feels relaxed and peaceful in natures lap. Living and healing with the help of nature is the basic role of Ayurveda health resort. The concept is to design a health resort that imparts the feeling of ‘wellness rather than illness’ by integrating cultural values with therapeutic environment. In Ayurvedic health resort one can get rejuvenated, treated by ayurvedic Therapies, ayurvedic food, yoga. Etc. A health resort also provides special health packages. Workshop and trainings are also conducted over here. The challenge is to develop an environment for healing in the 21 st century- an era focusing on a preventive, proactive and holistic approach, a solution that incorporates service integration, cost effectiveness, efficiency and increased ease of use. AIM Design problem of Ayurvedic health resort is a resort having all the basic requirements of a resort plus health facilities like health therapies, gymnasium and fitness center, yoga and meditation center. It has sports and recreational facilities like tennis, squash, cards room, carom room, swimming pool.
4. OBJECTIVE To promote awareness from natural ways of healing and adapting a lifestyle which is inspired and more close to nature through careful design. Create spaces which suffice the needs of leisure, tourism and healthy lifestyle. A place which can serve for dual purpose like having vacations and also helps taking care of one’s health through Ayurveda, yoga, meditation thus getting oneself close to nature. Ayurveda has two way healing aspects i.e. preventing and curative.
Ayurveda firstly prevents ailment. The rejuvenation programs fall into
this category. They help in the general wellbeing and strengthen the immune system. Under this vertical Panchakarma is the therapy for overall fitness. It tunes the body, organs, mind, breath, nerves and purifies blood. Besides it also deals with sweda karma which comprises of massages with herbal oil, herbal powders and medicated steam.
The curative aspect of it works towards total eradication of ailment.
This ultimately makes human body free from all possible ailments. Almost all known diseases, are treated specially paralysis, arthritis, bone & joint disorder, slip disk, nervous disorder and their related problems, diabetes, hypertension & cardiac related disorders, migraine and many more.

7. LIMITATION Cost analysis and management of project is out of the scope of this project
