    Note:

    a. Please attach attested copies (attestation by at least Manager with by name


    Official Stamp) of following documents with application form.
    i. Fy Pass ii. CNIC of applicant
    iii. DO Part-I (Rtd/ Deceased) iv. CNIC / Form B of student
    v. Result Card/ Marks sheet
    b. Incomplete application form or without supporting documents as mentioned
    above will not be entertained.
    c. In case of getting Dual Benefit i.e fee concession, scholarship from any other
    source including Zakat, Qarz-e-Hasna etc, the student will not be eligible for any
    scholarship.
    d. Students appearing in Improvement Exam will not be eligible for any
    scholarship.
    e. Complete application form in all respect, must be forwarded through concerned
    Admin/ Welfare offices on or before last date.
    f. Application(s) will not be entertained after last date given in the Khabarnama,
    g. Original documents will be checked after publication of list of successful students
    for scholarships through Khabarnama.
