- This a great assessment that I have done with my friend Reem, I feel very happy and fun to be an
observer and see what the student's teacher doing and evaluate the way how she teacher on the
classroom. Reem felt good professionalism in herself that friend is evaluating her teaching in the
classroom without any pressure She felt that she can take her feedback friendly and discuss how to
improve her teaching in the future. Reem understand her weaknesses and her very friendly to make a
change in the future. She agreed with my evaluation. Reem understands what the action plan for her
next lesson. She will don’t give them a whole question in Arabic because that’s why they talk to you
in Arabic. she will use Arabic a little bit, but not a whole sentence. At the end of this evaluation, we
saw this a good experience is for me and my colleague Reem. For me, it’s helped me to see how I
can improve Assessment to make exit ticket to check the students’ understanding. For Reem, she
learned how to take control of time management.
