    The College of Arts and Sciences -Student Government would like to request your good
    office authorization to conduct our Welcome and Mentorship Program for college freshmen as
    part of the CAS Orientation to be held on August 28, 2019, time at place.

    The objectives of the program are as follows;


    1. Help college freshmen to get oriented with college services which will support their
    educational and personal goals.
    2. To provide a welcoming atmosphere for students to meet faculty, staff and other
    continuing students.
    3. To expose the freshmen to professionalism and other skills significant to their selected
    courses

    Attached here is with the program for the said event

    Rest assured that no money matter will be involved in the said training because there
    will be no Registration Fee.

    We shall sincerely appreciate your favorable response with this matter.
