Low emission
Environment - friendly
Readily available, flexible, affordable and reliable power solution
Rugged
High durability engine design with extended
maintenance intervals, lower predicted maintenance
expenses and more hours between overhauls than
conventional high-speed engines.
Efficient
Lean-Burn technology features continuous closed-
loop control of combustion for excellent fuel economy
and low NOx emission levels across the full load range.
Reliable
Closed loop control also means better knock control
and higher reliability.
Clean
Exhaust system includes a residential exhaust silencer,
with optional after-treatment solutions such as
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Oxidation
Catalysts for exceptionally low emissions.
The Cummins
PowerCommand® based
Digital Control System
provides an extensive array
of integrated standard
control and display features.
PC-based graphic
interface utilizes touch -
screen operation and
layered menus, offering
ease of operation.
The Cummins line of Lean-Burn Gas Engine
generator sets range from the QSK19 G with an
output of 300 kW up to QSV 91 G with an output of
2 MW. (refer to power ratings chart)
efficient, clean & smart
Smart
■ Exclusive microprocessor based control module
provides continuous monitoring of the engine and
adjusts the combustion process for maximum
efficiency, low emissions and longer life.
■ PowerCommand® master control system offers more
than 80 features that enhance power system
reliability, power quality, maintenance and
dispatchability via communications networks.
Patented control technologies are used to achieve
excellent steady-state stability and load acceptance.
■ Computerized systems continuously record critical
data "snapshots" surrounding operational faults and
trend data to make maintenance and diagnostics
easier and faster.
Flexible
■ Generator controls can be tailored to meet
application-specific control, monitoring and
interface needs.
■ Compact, modular design of the engine, alternator
and all ancillary systems permit containerization for
reduced installation cost, low noise levels and
flexible mobility.

Operational Flexibility
Cummins’ Lean-Burn Gas Engine Generators start
faster, synchronize and accept load quickly for precise
matching of demand and generating capacity. Whether
run a few hundred hours a year or almost
continuously, these gas-engine generators offer
favorable operating economies.
Geographical Flexibility
Install generating units together at a central site or
closer to loads as in the case of distributed
generation. When power use patterns change within
your service area, containerized generator sets can be
easily moved and set up at a new location.
