INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor, accuses of the crime of ACTS


OF LASCIVIOUSNESS as defined and penalized under Article 336
of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 20 th day of September, 2019,


between 9:30-10:30 in the evening, in the City of
Santiago, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the said accused, with lewd designs, did
then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously
commit an act of lasciviousness on the person of
CATHERINE SORIANO VILLANOZA, by then and there
inserting his right hand on the latter’s shirt, caressing her
belly, kissing her hand, embracing her, and kissing her
head and forehead while inside a vehicle, against her will
and without her consent, to her damage and prejudice.

INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor, accuses SILAS NATIVIDAD


PAPA, for VIOLATION OF BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG 22,
committed as follows:

That on or about the 11 th day of February, 2019, in


the City of Santiago, Philippines, and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, did
then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously draw
and issue Producers Savings Bank Corporation Check No.
0300030883 payable to cash, in the amount of
P70,ooo.00, in payment of an obligation, in favor of
ANNA MARIE B. RAMOS, knowing at the time he issued
the said check that he has no sufficient funds to cover its
amount, and without informing the payee of such fact,
for which the said check, upon presentment to the drawee
bank for payment, was subsequently dishonored for the
reason “ACCOUNT CLOSED”, and despite notice to the
accused of such dishonor and repeated demands to
convert the same into cash, the said accused failed to pay
said payee the face amount of said check or to make
arrangement for the payment thereof, to the damage and
prejudice of the said ANNA MARIE B. RAMOS, in the
aforesaid amount of P70,000.00.
