    claims, which pertain to me presently or contingently in

    employees from any action, sum of money, damages, claims and
    demands whatsoever, which in law or equity I have ever had, or

    or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, up to the
    time of these presents, the intention hereof being to completely and
    absolutely release ___________________________, its officers,
    directors, agents or employees from all liabilities arising wholly or
    partly from my employment therewith;

    2. I further warrant that the amount received by me was in full


    satisfaction of my claims as above-stated. I also manifest that the

    sum of money shall not be taken by me, my heirs or assigns as a
    confession and/or admission of liability on the part of

    employees for any cause, demand or damages I may have against
