    AFFIDAVIT OF VENDOR
    We, SPS. MOISES OGNAYON and MARTA DUMAWAT, both of legal age,
    Filipino citizens, and residents of Amballo, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya,
    Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
    depose and state:

    1. That we are the true and registered owners of a parcel of land


    covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-43284, situated in
    Pingkian, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines and containing a
    total area One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty (1,820)
    square meters, more or less;

    2. That the said parcel of land was sold to Mr. Tito D. Dumawat Jr.;

    3. That said land or a portion thereof is not a retention area nor


    covered by RA 6657 as amended by RA 9700;

    4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest and confirm the


    truth of the foregoing declaration for legal purposes it may
    serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this _____ day of
