DECLARATION OF RETRACTION

DABAWENYO MINERALS CORPORATION
The undersigned Chairman-CEO of SR LANGUYAN MINING CORPORATION, in accordance with law

do hereby depose and state, that;
That as we had entered into a BUY-OUT transaction with the DABAWENYO Minerals Corporation
with a Mining MPSA No. identified as MPSA No. 251 – A 2007 XI situated at Mati City and Tarragona
respectively under the Province of Davao Oriental involving 5,000 hectares of its MPSA covered Areas.
That our subject BUY-OUT transaction was covered by two (2) subsequent Deed of Assignment
duly notarized. Before a Notary Public Atty. GOLDA A. EPONDULAH of Mandaue City, Cebu under Doc, No.
107, Page No. 23, Book No. 1, Series of 2018 on June 23, 2018 and the second set of Deed of Assignment
duly notarized also before a Notary Public of Cebu City, Atty. AILEEN LAZALA GAROTE with Doc. 213, Page
44, Book No. XXXI on Aug 05, 2018, which was duly registered at MGB Region XI, Davao City on Aug. 15,
2018 and the two subsequent Deed of Assignment were also covered by a Memorandum of Agreement
though unnotarized but Legally and willfully executed by us both parties of the transaction, the
Dabawenyo Minerals Corporation as the First Party and the SR LANGUYAN MINING CORPORATION being
the Second Party thereof;
That fortunately wherein our company was also able to acquire a mining area at the Bicol region,
whereby we had focused our mining operations and for that matter we had decided to BACK-OFF or
RETRACTED our deals or transaction with Dabawenyo Minerals Corporation;
That we hereby signify to cease and desist pursuing our deals with the Dabawenyo Minerals
Corporation as we cannot concentrate our business objections on two distinct and different far places
thereof.
That provided further we shall be refunded or be paid by the First Party of our expenses and
advances with the sum total of Two Million Dollars USD ($ 2,000,000.00) as we hereby demand payments
within a maximum period of (60) days starting from the date of my signature of this Declaration of
Retraction hereof.
That as a manifestation of our sincerity we shall totally refrain or pursuing complaints or cases
before any authorities or in court and as matter of fact we hereby cause the cancellation of the
REGISTRATION of our documents at the MGB Region XI, Davao City and thus eliminating any legal
impediments against the Dabawenyo Minerals Corporation paving the way their mining property as clean
and clear status thereof.
That being I am the Chairman – CEO and the majority stock holder of SR LANGUYAN MINING
CORPORATION I bear the sole responsibility of my action that Board Resolution is unnecessary and hence
forth mooth and academic.
That after I am satisfactorily refunded of all my expenses thereof, I shall willingly execute a Final
Cancellation of all contracts that I have entered into with the DABAWENYO MINERALS CORPORATION.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand or signature on this _________ day of

their instrumental witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
