Executive summary
Keith Velasco’s pharmacy (Pharmacity) is a standard and registered Pharmacy business that will
be located in NCR. We have been able to base a facility along a major city (Manila) that is big
enough to fit into the pharmacy business that we intend launching and the facility that is located
in a corner of a largest residential estate of Manila.
This Pharmacy will be owned by the Velasco family. Family members will inherit this ongoing
business project. Can be used to invest money , to grow.
General company description
If you live at the Philippines you may have been at a pharmacy, where affordable medicines are
bought. Used by people who are I need of medication. Medicines and lab equipment can be bought
at this pharmacy. My objectives or mission to accomplish are to help some people who needs a
job. I can hire them as a pharmacist. I want to share my wealth mostly to my family. And donate
extra cash to the people who are in need of cash. Donate cash and medicines or hygiene products
to those people who are in need.
Opportunity, industry and market
The advantage of being a pharmacy owner is that people are going to buy medications. For
themselves or for the people who are in need. So if we put the prices lower or affordable prices the
rate of demand will rise and our supplier will benefit and we will too. Disadvantages. I don’t think
that I will not have disadvatages because im just planning lang. magplplan na nga lang may
disadvantages pa ban a kailganang iplano?
Buyers that our pharmacy will encounter may be people who are investing, people who are
planning ahead. But we may overcome them if we think ahead. By investing more , by making our
plan outstanding and we will overcome all of our problems as a family. Not by the CEO. Not by
the head. But by the whole team.
Our share will be 100% in the whole Philippines
Because we invested all of our money , we overcome the buyers or our enemies in the business
world. It will be a successful business plan.
Strategy
The strategies that were going to do are making a page in social media. Sharing our contents by
selling online. Giving away pamphlets to people who are walking. Because who knows people get
sick often so they know where to go. Especially to those people who are very good at business.
They might invest on our products. Meaning helps me to grow faster and bigger.

for the business, responsible for fixing prices and signing business deals, creates, communicates
and implements the organizations vission, mission, and overall direction leading the
development and implementation of the overall organzations strategy, increases managements
effectveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
managers; communicating values strategies and objectives; assigning accountabilities, planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results.
HEAD MANAGEMENT typically consists of the heads of a firm's product and/or geographic
units and of functional executives such as the chief financial officer, the chief operating officer,
and the chief strategy officer. In project management, senior management authorises the funding
of projects.
SUPPLIER distinguished from a contractor or subcontractor, who commonly adds specialized input to
deliverables. Also called vendor.
MANAGER a person responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company
or similar organization.
PHARMACISTS dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of
prescriptions.
Marketing Plan
Before choosing a location for Pharmacity we conducted a thorough market survey and feasibility
studies in order for us to be able to be able to penetrate the available market and become the
preferred choice for residence of Pasig. We have detailed information and data that we were able
to utilize to structure our business to attract the numbers of customers we want to attract per time.
We hired experts who have good understanding of the Pharmacy business stuff. to help us develop
marketing strategies that will help us achieve our business goal of winning a larger percentage of
the available market in Philippines. In other to continue to be in business and grow we need to
dream big and think ahead of our problems.
Operational Plan
In as much as pharmacity is well located, we will still go all out to intensify publicity for the
business. We are going to explore all available means to promote Pharmacity has a long term plan
of opening boutiques in various locations all around Philippines which is why we will deliberately
build our brand to be well accepted in Pasig before venturing out. As a matter of fact, our publicity
and advertising strategy is not solely for winning customers over but to effectively communicate
our brand.
Financial Plan
In setting up any business, the amount or cost will depend on the approach and scale you want to
undertake. If you intend to go big by renting a place, then you would need a good amount of capital
as you would need to ensure that your employees are well taken care of, and that your facility is
conducive enough for workers to be creative and productive. This means that the start-up can either
be low or high depending on your goals, vision and aspirations for your business. The tools and
equipment that will be used are nearly the same cost everywhere, and any difference in prices
would be minimal and can be overlooked. As for the detailed cost analysis for starting a shawarma
bar business; it might differ in other countries due to the value of their money.
