Following the 2009 G20 summit, plans were announced for

implementing the creation of a new global currency to replace the US
dollar’s role as the world reserve currency. Point 19 of the communiqué
released by the G20 at the end of the Summit stated, “We have agreed
to support a general SDR allocation which will inject $250bn (£170bn)
into the world economy and increase global liquidity.” SDRs, or Special
Drawing Rights, are “a synthetic paper currency issued by the
International Monetary Fund.” As the Telegraph reported, “the G20
leaders have activated the IMF's power to create money and begin
global "quantitative easing". In doing so, they are putting a de facto
world currency into play. It is outside the control of any sovereign body.”
The article continued in stating that, “There is now a world currency in

waiting. In time, SDRs are likely to evolve into a parking place for the foreign holdings of central
banks, led by the People's Bank of China.” Further, “The creation of a Financial Stability Board looks

America's Shopping Malls Are Dying A Slow Death
All across America, once-vibrant shopping malls are being boarded up.
Traf c-driving anchors like Sears and JCPenney are shutting down stores, and mall owners are having a
hard time nding retailers large enough to replace them. With a fresh wave of closures on the
horizon, the problem is set to accelerate, according to retail and real estate analysts.

About 15% of U.S. malls will fail or be
converted into non-retail space within the next
10 years, according to Green Street Advisors, a
real estate and REIT analytics rm. That's an
increase from less than two years ago, when the
rm predicted 10% of malls would fail or be
converted.
"The risk of failure for a mall increases

dramatically once you see anchor closures," said
Cedric Lachance, managing director of Green
Street Advisors. "Their health is very important
... and most of them are highly likely to

images, including license plate captures, would be erased after 30 days. Because they're continually

etc., the government may soon be tracking us all.

IBM helped the City experts and network engineers to

design and implement a surveillance strategy infrastructure
to capture, monitor and fully index video for real-time and forensic-related safety applications. This
entailed building a uni ed ber network throughout the downtown Chicago area, deploying a critical
wireless infrastructure to offer exibility as required, installing hundreds of new surveillance
cameras, linking thousands of preexisting cameras to the network, and creating a fully redundant
backend system to monitor the video, store the images and allow for business continuity and disaster
recovery applications.
Chicago's security solution is designed to provide several bene ts to both city of cials and citizens
including: real-time video surveillance intelligence for proactive homeland security monitoring;
faster response time to emergencies; more effective deployment of emergency responders; and
increased travel ef ciency through traf c congestion tracking.
Many things go unnoticed in big cities every day, but that world has now changed in Chicago with this
video surveillance system that can recognize anomalies and alert authorities to take a closer look.
"Chicago is really light years ahead of any metropolitan area in the U.S. now," said Sam Docknevich,
who heads video-surveillance consulting for IBM.
Chicago already had thousands of security cameras in use by businesses and police - including some
equipped with devices that could recognize the sound of a gunshot, turn the cameras toward the
source and place a 911 call. But the current system will let cameras analyze images in real time 24
hours a day.
"You're talking about creating something that

knows no fatigue, no boredom and is
absolutely focused," said Kevin Smith,
spokesman for the city's Of ce of Emergency
Management and Communications.
This system can be programmed to alert the

city's emergency center whenever a camera
spots a vehicle matching the description of
one being sought by authorities.
The system can also be programmed to recognize license plates. It can alert emergency of cials if the
same car or truck circles the Sears Tower three times or if nobody picks up a backpack in Grant Park
for, say, 30 seconds.
"Cities today are faced with ever-increasing threats and advanced security surveillance systems can
be a critical component in ensuring safety," said Mike Daniels, senior vice president, IBM Global
Technology Services. "IBM is proud to be a part of Operation Virtual Shield and the City of Chicago's
visionary approach to homeland security."
UN report calls for new global reserve currency to replace US dollar

Tasers
"Taser" is an acronym for "Thomas A. Swift's Electric Ri e," a reference to juvenile adventure book
character Tom Swift. A taser is a weapon that shoots two dart-like electrodes at its victims, then
sending electric shocks through wire intended to stun a victim into submission, rendering him
helpless and able to be controlled without excessive force. When the Taser electroshock weapon was
introduced into widespread use in the early 1990s, it was touted as a "non-lethal" alternative to
rearms, to be used to subdue criminals in situations that did not warrant the use of a deadly weapon.
However, though the manufacturer as well as many law enforcement agencies continue to argue that
tasers have reduced the need for of cers to draw rearms and therefore resulted in fewer deaths,
many civil rights groups and concerned citizens point to the more than 200 deaths that have resulted
from tasers used by law enforcement of cers as evidence that
tasers are taking lives. One of the contributing factors to these
taser injuries and taser deaths is the increasing use of tasers to
subdue people who are not a serious threat to law enforcement
of cers. Instead of being used only in situations in which
rearms would be used, tasers are more and more frequently
used to simply subdue criminals in any kind of arrest situation.
Of cers may be subject to laws governing excessive force and
police brutality because they sometimes risk lives unnecessarily
when using tasers. Further, the news over the past few years has
offered veri able reports of police of cers using tasers on
individuals who are handicapped, pregnant, mentally-disabled
or non-English-speaking, in addition to those who were simply
objecting to an of cer's aggression or inability to explain details of an arrest. The rise of cell phone
camera technology and Internet video databases such as YouTube and LiveLeak has given the public
more opportunity than ever to capture and display videos of taser incidents that are often

enacted the USA PATRIOT Act. The USA PATRIOT Act is
of cially the "Uniting and Strengthening America by
Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and
Obstruct Terrorism Act". The bill was in direct
response to the attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001. The goal of the Act was to reduce
restrictions on law enforcement and government of cials when investigating criminal activity.
It gave international law organizations the right to probe

and search citizen’s e-mail, medical, nancial and personal
records. Some of the main sections of the law enacted
restrictions on foreign intelligence gathering, expanded the
Secretary of the Treasury’s authority to regulate nancial
transactions, and broadened immigration laws in regards to
detaining and deporting immigrants suspected of terrorism-
related acts. The bill was passed by a wide margin in the US
Congress.
The USA PATRIOT Act broadly expands law enforcement's

surveillance and investigative powers and represents one of
the most signi cant threats to civil liberties, privacy and 9-11 False Flag Attacks
democratic traditions in U.S. history. The Patriot Act gives

sweeping search and surveillance to domestic law enforcement and foreign intelligence agencies and
eliminates checks and balances that previously gave courts the opportunity to ensure that those

In April 1793 France sent new ambassador Edmond Genet to America so he could collect payment for
the American debt incurred during the American Revolution. The money was to be used to nance
France's war with England. However, his real reason for being here was to gain political favor for
France and spread Illuminism, which he did through the establishment of 'Democratic Clubs.'

The Coming 'New World Order' in Bible Prophecy
Daniel 9:27 He (the Antichrist, the soon to be ruler over the NWO) shall con rm a
covenant/peace treaty with many (Israel and the Palestinians) for one week - seven years.
This treaty starts the 7 year countdown to the end of the age (not the "end of the world")
resulting in the construction of the third temple on Mount Moriah and the mid-point
"abomination of desolation" that Christ described in Matt. 24:15. The battle of Armageddon
will be at the end of this seven year period.
Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined for your people and for your holy city, to nish the
transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in
everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy. 25
Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the command to restore and
build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince, there shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;
the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times. 26 And after the
sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself; and the people of the prince
who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall be with a ood,
and till the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 Then He shall con rm a covenant
with many for one week; but in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacri ce and
offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the
consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate.

Daniel 7: 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth NWO beast, dreadful and
terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces,
and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts
(kingdoms) that were before it; and it had ten horns. Revelation 17:12 The ten horns which
you saw are ten kings (rulers over ten economic or regional unions) who have received no
kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are
of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. Daniel 7:8 I
considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before
whom there were three of the rst horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn
were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. Revelation 6:2 And I
looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to
him, and he went out conquering and to conquer. Revelation 13:2 ...The dragon gave the
beast his power and his throne and great authority. 3 One of the heads of the beast seemed
to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was lled
with wonder and followed the beast. 4 People worshiped the dragon because he had given
authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast?
Who can wage war against it? 5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and
blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. (the nal 3 1/2
years) Daniel 9:27 ...and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacri ce and the
offering to cease... (This is the abomination of desolation that is spoken of in Matthew 24:15.
This is when the antichrist enters the temple, stops the temple sacri ces, and then declaring
himself god and demands worship.) Revelation 13:7 And authority was given him over every
tribe, tongue, and nation. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him...
11 Then I saw another beast (the false prophet) coming up out of the earth, and he had two
horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. 12 And he exercises all the authority of the rst
beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the rst
beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Daniel 11:36 Then the king (Antichrist) shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and
magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, ...for he
shall exalt himself above them all. 38 But in their place he shall honor a god of fortresses;
and a god which his fathers did not know he shall honor with gold and silver, with precious
stones and pleasant things. 39 Thus he shall act against the strongest fortresses with a
foreign god, which he shall acknowledge, and advance its glory; and he shall cause them to
rule over many, and divide the land for gain. 41 He shall also enter the Glorious Land (land Of
Israel), and many countries shall be overthrown ... 42 He shall stretch out his hand against
the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape. 43 He shall have power over the
treasures of gold and silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and
the Ethiopians shall be at his steps. 44 But tidings out of the east (the advancing armies of
China and N. Korea) and out of the north (Russia) shall trouble him: therefore he shall go
forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many. 45 And he shall plant the
tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come
to his end, and none shall help him.
Is the end really that near? Do we need to be concerned about how much time we have left
or just go about our business as usual? The one for us to go to for that information is Christ.
When Jesus' disciples asked what would signal his return, he gave them several signs to
watch for. He also taught that the time immediately before his coming would be known as
the "beginning of sorrows" (Matt. 24:8), which is another way of saying the "onset of labor
pains." Jesus was saying the signs of his coming would start out as mild pangs spaced widely
apart like human labor and then gradually become closer together and more intense, like
the birth process, until the nal seven-year (Daniel's 70th week) period of suffering and
judgment is to culminate in the coming of the Messiah. Concerning the last days he replied,
"And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars... For nation shall rise against nation, and
kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and great
earthquakes, in various places". "...and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity;
the sea and the waves roaring". "And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the
days of the Son of man".
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means: for [that day shall not come],
except there come a falling away rst, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so
that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

The New World Order (NWO) As It Relates To The Coming Antichrist And His Kingdom
The prophesied one-world government is being formed on earth at this very time. The Bible
prophesies that the Antichrist (Final dictator) will ultimately reign over a global NWO world
government for three-and-one-half years just prior to the Second Coming of Jesus to
establish His own world government.
Satanically Empowered Control
Control of the coming endtime government will be consolidated into the totalitarian hands
of the Antichrist. The dragon, which is the devil, gives this world governmental system its
seat, power, and great authority (Revelation 13:2). We will all feel the oppression of this
world government structure because it is satanically inspired, and it is forming right now.
Revelation 13:7 states that power will be given to the Antichrist over “all kindreds, and
tongues, and nations.” Verse 3 says, “And all the world wondered after the beast.” Daniel 7:23
tells of a world governmental system ruled by the Antichrist, “The fourth beast shall be the
fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the
whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.” The prophecy then states that
this world government will rule the world until the Second Coming.

Globalization
After the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, we began hearing new terms like World Community and
International Community. David Rockefeller said that a global crisis would have to occur
before the world would be willing to accept a New World Order. When the world’s economy
began a dramatic downward plunge in 2008, world leaders again proclaimed the need for a
New World Order with global economic structures.
The word “globalization” means exactly what it says. It is the process of transitioning the
world into a global government. When we hear about international law, it is referring to the
laws of the international government. When we hear about the World Court, it is referring to
the court system that has been created to enforce the laws of the world governmental
system. The World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the World Health Organization—all of
these powerful world institutions are exactly what they say they are. They are all
components of the one-world government, the world government prophesied for the
endtime 2,000 years ago.

The New World Order
There is still one major goal set to be ful lled, the ushering of one “Supreme Leader” to head
the one-world government, he is the AntiChrist. The AntiChrist is destined to rise in the last
days as the ruler over the one-world government.
He will rule in tyranny and will bring great terror. The AntiChrist is destined to be the ruler of
the last empire to rule the world which is actually the revived Roman Empire. This empire
will control politics, economics, army and religions of the world. This ruler will be fearless
and will not embrace any religious conviction. He will demand to be worshiped as God. He
will force everyone on earth to bear his mark on their forehead or in their hands. Without
this mark, no one can buy nor sell. The one world currency is a major requirement for the
establishment of a cashless society.
Ordinary citizens of the world are not aware that the world is already divided into ten major
regions referred to as kingdoms. Regionalization of countries is a step forward to the one-
world government. Organizations associated with the New World Order use a “ten kingdom”
model in their plan for the coming world government.
In the Book of Revelation, the prophet John revealed that the AntiChrist and his ten-nation
confederacy will rule the world during the last 3 1/2 years of the coming Tribulation Period.
Organizations associated with the establishment of a one-world government have already
drafted their one-world constitution.
