Great News! We'd like to invite you to an Insight and Selection Event for the role of Customer Service
Advisor (International department)

Here are the details:


31.07.2018

Time: 12pm to 4.30pm

Where To Go: Next Directory, Phase 5, Desford Road, Enderby, LE19 4AT

On the day, please bring with you:

- Eligibility/Residency documents

Acceptable proof of residence: must be in your full current name, show a date and be dated
within the time scaled detailed in red

 Issued in the last 3 months  Issued in the last 12 months


 Utility bill (not mobile telephone  Council tax statement
bill)  Financial statement eg pension or
 Credit card statement endowment P45 or P60
 Bank or building society  Mortgage statement
statement
 Benefit statement eg child
benefit or pension  Driving licence full or provisional (photo card
 Bank or building society account only)
opening confirmation letter  Cards carrying the PASS accreditation logo
(must still be valid)
 EEA National ID card (must be valid)

Please note we’re unable to accept driving licences as proof of eligibility, however we can accept
them as proof of residency. We can accept a current passport or full birth certificate and NI details for
your eligibility document.

We’ll be in reception to meet you when you arrive.

The aim of the event is to give you a feel for what it would be like to work with us and we get to see
you in action. You'll be given a call assessment, but don’t worry all information will be given to you on
the day. You'll also have a written and numeracy assessment.

We’re happy to make reasonable individual adjustments for candidates with a disability or medical
condition, which might make our standard recruitment arrangements impractical so please let us know
if there is anything we need to consider.

As you'll be working for us you need to provide your eligibility document, this was discussed when we
arranged your event with you. If you've any questions please call us on (0116) 284 2442.
Unfortunately if you don't bring this with you we won't be able to go ahead.

In line with government guidelines we are required to see the ‘Right to Work’ documentation of all
people we are considering employing. We conduct these checks during the interview process and
would therefore request that you bring the relevant documentation with you to your interview. We
have attached a full list of acceptable documents but should you have any queries please don’t
hesitate to contact us. Please disregard this if you have previously provided your documentation at an
earlier stage of the application process.

284 2442 so someone else can come in your place.
