4.1 Activity 1
Mozzarella Vade
Vada or Vade is a category of savoury fried snacks from south India. The main ingredient used
to make vade was dhal beans. Onions, chillies, sweet cumin, curry leaves, and salt will be
added into the dhal that have been blended well. Then, the mixture will be form into a circle
shape before fry. This activity aims to innovate the taste of typical vade by adding mozzarella
cheese into the vade. The mozzarella vade will be serve with chilli sauces to make it tastier.
Food booth
Food booth will be set up in order to display more Indian culture foods such as murukku,
chapati, ladoo and samosa. This activity will acknowledge society about Indian foods. There
are food samplings will be provided at the booth, so people who stop by at the booth will be
able to taste the variety of Indian food.
4.2 Activity 2
Henna tattoo
Mehndi or also known as Henna is an art with decorative designs created on a person’s body
by using paste made from henna dried leaves powder. The standard colour of henna is brown,
but other design colours such as white and gold also applied. This culture is from Ancient India
but still popular among the women of the Indian Subcontinent, Africa and the Middle East.
There are many variations of henna pattern, including Arabic, Indian and Pakistani designs.
Women usually apply henna designs to their hands and feet during special Hindu weddings.
For Hindu brides, henna is applied during a Mehndi Rat session, where the bride-to-be is told all
the secrets of a happy marriage and home by her surrounding female family and friends.
Mehndi in Indian tradition also applied during Hindu festivals like Karva Chauth, Vat
Purnima, and Diwali. This activity will provide henna services at affordable prices to people
who visits.
4.3 Activity 3
Exhibition Indian’s culture
Exhibition or showcase is a public display of works of art that was held in spacious place such
as museum. The aims of this activity is to give knowledge of Indian’s culture to the
participants. The exhibition will include the Indian’s cloth, Indian history and traditional Indian
games. There are variety Indian cloth, saree is one of Indian cloth. Sari or Saree is one of female
Indian cloth. Usually saree would take four or nine metre long in order to make it. Saree also
has a lot style to be displayed. The most common style of saree is the saree usually will be
wrapped around the waist with the on end draped over the shoulder to the midriff. Furthermore
saree will be worn on special occasion such as wedding. Besides, the exhibition will includes
a few of Indian history, the chronology of Indian history from the Stone age and also the
popular activist, Mahatma Gandhi.
4.4 Activity 4
Quiz Indian’s culture
There will some brainstorming activities will be held on those event which is quiz. Those
quizzes was held is to test the participant knowledge of Indian. Those quizzes will be divided
into several parts which are food division, history division, cloth, games and festival. This
quizzes can be played individual or teams. The person or team members will be awarded if
they succeed and complete those quizzes.
4.2 Rules and Regulation

3. This quizzes does not have age limit.
4. The participant need to spin the wheel to get the question.
5. The participant will be penalties if they answer wrong.

is the public face of this project. They will make sure the resources
will be used properly. They also has to make sure all departments
will to their job properly and responsible in their wrong doing.
PRESIDENT
Secretary task is to organize all documents. They will keep all
documents and invoice of this project so they will easy to find me.
SECRETARY Moreover, the secretary will arrange and organize meeting

schedule for the whole team.
Finance advisor will advice the team on how to managing the

money flow.
FINANCE ADVISOR
Event planner job is to plan the event, design and production

within the given period. They need to liaise the event with team
EVENT PLANNER members with their needs. They also need to manage all event
details such as decoration, catering and promotional marketing.
Event coordinator will control the event from start until the clean
up. They will work together with the team to work out the event.
COORDINATOR EVENT They will make sure the event will run smoothly. They also need
handle crisis with efficient.
