INTRODUCTION: Opened-cycle
cycle cooling water(OCCW) from the condenser circulating water inlet
pipe, through the OCCW pump pressure, supplied to users, and return to the circulating water return
pipe, this system mainly provide cooling water to the generator hydrogen cooler, the generator stator

bricating oil cooler, motor air cooler, A, B TD-BFP

lubricating oil cooler, A, B condensate pump motor cooler, CCCW cooler, vacuum pump cooler, turbine
lubricating oil cooler, forced draft fan, induced draft fan, primary air fan, mill lube oil station, air
compressor and provide miscellaneous water to the turbine house.

1. Ensure no permit to work is pending on regarding this system by checking with EE/MRSE.

1 OCCWP inlet MOV opened √

2 Stop the Pump giving stop command from DCS, discharge MOV will be √
closed in Auto.
2 Cases:- √
Emergency shutdown
1 Press the emergency push button of faulted pumps immediately and pump
stops. √
2 Release the interlocking switch of faulted pumps and the operating pump √
should be normal. √
3 Report to the shift incharge and work order raised for removing the fault , √
put it into standby after removing fault. √
