    Job Description

    This is a very unique team, which designs and implements technology solutions in SCM
    Transformation programs, Performance Improvements through Analytics, Program Management,
    Enterprise & Business Performance Management (EPM/BPM), and advanced digital competencies
    such as Robotics & Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML),
    Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain among a few of them.

    Skills/Competencies Required:

     2 to 8 years of experience in design, development and implementation of EPM suite of


    products
     Process Expertise – Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting
    process with experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
     Candidate should have at least 1 or 2 end to end implementation experience of Oracle
    Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) / Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud
    Service (EPBCS)
     Knowledge of calculation scripts and Groovy & EPM Scripts is added advantage
     Experience in creation and maintenance of planning, and reporting cubes across BSO and
    ASO
     Experience with Business Rules, Forms Building, Task List, Security and other artefacts of
    the planning tools.
     Experience with Hyperion Essbase application tuning / optimization.
     Extensive experience on HFR and Smart view reporting
     Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team
    environment.
     Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     Proven ability to manage multiple IT tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately
