    QUOTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSE AT

    PLOT No…., Sector E DHA PHASE II ISLAMABAD

    A- Scope of work
    1. Grey Structure (with basement)
    a. Excavation for foundations and footings.
    b. PCC 1:4:8 under the foundations and floors
    c. RCC in foundations footings using 1:2:4 cement concrete.
    d. RCC in retaining walls using 1:2:4 cement concrete.
    e. RCC in Columns using 1:1.5:3 cement concrete.
    f. RCC in Beams and lintels using 1:2:4 cement concrete.
    g. RCC in Slabs and Parapets using 1:2:4 cement concrete.
    h. Steel reinforcement of Grade 60 and 40 as per structural design.
    i. Brick Masonry 9” thick and above, using first class bricks and 1:6 CSM.
    j. Brick Masonry 4.5” thick using first class bricks and 1:4 CSM.
    k. Internal Plaster using 1:6 CSM on walls and slabs.
    l. Damp Proof Course 2” thick using 1:1.5:3 cement concrete and double
    layer of polythene sheet.
    m. Water proofing on roof top using geo-membrane, and heat proofing using
    thermopore sheets 1.5” thick, covered with PCC concrete of required
    thickness to maintain slope.
    n. Drainage system using uPVC pipes of required diameter as per design of
    the system.
    2. Finishing works
    a. Flooring using porcelain tiles upto 24”x24” size laid with 1” thick mortar
    of 1:3 Cement Sand Mortar.
    b. Ceramic tiles in washrooms and kitchen upto 12”x24” size laid with 1”
    thick mortar of 1:3 Cement Sand Mortar.
    c. Granite floor on staircase and Kitchen counter of approved color, laid
    with 1” thick mortar of 1:3 Cement Sand Mortar.
    d. Stainless steel railings on staircase and balconies using 18 SWG pipe.
    e. Mineral Fiber False ceiling on all floors as per approved design.
    f. Painting with plastic emulsion paint on all walls and ceiling (where no
    ceiling is installed).
    g. Providing and installation of Aluminum windows using 2 mm section and
    imported tinted glass of 5 mm thickness.
    h. Aluminum cladding on front façade using best quality imported shhets
    complete in all respects.
    i. Providing and making of kitchen counters, box made from MDFF and
    front shutters from Deodar Wood.
    3. Plumbing Works.
    a. Providing and laying of PPR pipes for water supply works both internal
    and external areas.
    b. Providing and laying of uPVC pipes for sewerage works both internal and
    external areas.
    c. Providing and installation of Bathroom fixtures (Porta China) or
    equivalent. (The base price of set is fixed as 20,000, additional cost with
    10% profit to be claimed extra)
    d. Providing and installation of Kitchen Sink, atlas or equivalent (except
    industrial kitchen) with CP mixer of upto 10,000/-( additional cost with
    10% profit to be claimed extra)
    e. Bathroom Accessories set made by Master or Sonix (The base price of set
    is fixed as 6,000, additional cost with 10% profit to be claimed extra)
    4. Electrical Works.
    a. Providing and laying of PVC conduits for electrical wiring of appropriate
    diameter as per cable size requirements.
    b. Providing and wiring for light and fan points using 1.5mm x 3 cables in
    conduits.
    c. Providing and wiring for power points upto 10A using 2.5mm x 3 cables in
    conduits.
    d. Providing and wiring for power points upto 15A using 4.00 mm x 3 cables
    in conduits.
    e. Providing and wiring for power points upto 20A using 6.00 mm x 3 cables
    in conduits.
    f. Providing and installation of LED Spot lights in ceiling (base price upto
    Rupees 1500),
    g. Providing and installation of Fans of approved make and model.
    h. Providing and installation of waterproof external lights where ever
    required.
    i. Providing and installation od Distribution Boards (Local Made of best
    quality)
    5. External Works.
    a. Construction of Manholes for sewer and storm water.
    b. Providing and laying of RCC /uPVC pipe for sewerage and storm water
    upto society mains.
    c. Construction of Walkway in front of building upto 20 feet from building
    line.
    d. Providing and laying of water supply lines from society mains upto the
    required point (But excluding the cost of society connection fee)
    6. Rates
    a. Basement Floor 4500 sft @ Rs 3500/ sft
    b. Ground Floor 4700 Sft @ Rs 2500 /Sft
    c. First Floor (Restaurant ) 4700 Sft @ Rs 2500 /Sft
    d. Second Floor (Restaurant ) 4700 Sft @ Rs 2500 /Sft
    e. Second Floor (Apartments) 4700 Sft @ Rs 2500 /Sft
    f. Second Floor (Apartments) 4700 Sft @ Rs 2500 /Sft
    7. Terms and Conditions
    a. Advance payment to be made on signing of contract @ 25%.
    b. On Completion of Structure 70% for basement and 45% for upper floors.
    c. For finishing works, payment mode to be decided at time of signing of the
    contract agreement.
    d. The advance to be recovered @ 25@ of the payment as per schedule.
    e. At time of Completion of the building 100% payment to be cleared.
