    AIR HANDLERS (With One Coil System)

    Supply, installation testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted chilled water Double skin type
    horizintal/vertical air handling units made of 25mm ±2mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized GI casing of thickness
    0.8mm outside layerand 0.8mm inside layer with polyurethene foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by
    injection moulding machine, complete with blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as required , min. 2
    bend GSS/PVC eliminators, cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes ( tube thickness not less than 0.5
    mm ) cooling coil of 6 row deep, filter section with 50 mm thick metal viscous filter /washable synthetic type air
    prefilters, AHU Blower Direct driven, squirel cage induction motor (Its suitable for VFD or with plug fan) package with
    TEFC drive motor of efficiency class IE3 suitable for 415±10% V, 50Hz, 3 phase AC supply suitably designed for variable
    frequency drive applications, drain connections , stainless steel (18G) drain pain with PUF insulation,150 mm dia. dial
    type pressure gauges (2 Nos.) and industrial type thermometers (2 nos.) at the inlet and outlet of coil, auto purge
    valve wherever required, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc. complete as per specification & AHU schedule
    and of following capacities as :

    Floor Mounted Horizontal Air Handling Units With Exh. Blower and Enthalpy Recovery Wheel (FM AHU)

    Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of floor mounted AHU's. The AHU's shall be double skin type made of
    0.60 mm thick GI sheet with 23+/-2mm for indoor application and 43+/-2 mm Thick for outdoor application PUF
    insulation. The Drain Pan for AHU's shall be of SS. They shall be suitable for indoor/outdoor installation. The AHU's
    selected shall be supplied with Forward / Backward direct driven/belt driven supply air Blower Fans and exh. air blower
    with Ethalpy Recovery Wheel (Min. Efficiency of HRW is 75%) (ERW/HRW) suitable to deliver the undergiven CFM and
    Static. The AHU's shall be chilled water coil ( complete with mixing chamber if required and electrical push buttnos.
    Cooling Coil)on starting panel for operating the AHU. AHU Included VI Pads .
    All AHU Should Be included Supply/Return/Fresh Air Damper & Thermal Break Profile and with three phase motor
    suitable for VSD drive and BMS Compitable

    Double skin floor mounted Horizontal 8-Row Depth chilled water Coil (1 Coil) with Supply Fan 5300 CFM with pre filter ,
    S.P. is 65 mm & Exhaust fan 3600 CFM with Pre Filter, S.P. 50 mm , Heat Recovery Wheel (Enthalpy Wheel) AHU Coil is
