    Processing of a DSC Transaction:


    On Successful login of VLE on CSC Portal, search with key word “TAX” for
    taxation services.

    Click on the Taxation Services Icon of Tax Genius to get into the taxation
    services landing page. Taxation Services Landing page will appear as shown
    below-

    This Landing page contains all the taxation services offered by Tax Genius
    LLP.

    Click on the Digital Signature Certificate Icon to get into the DSC service
    page.

    Now you can see the below Digital signature certificate Service Page. Click on
    APPLICATIONS FORMS to get a copy of the Application forms. Download
    both the DSC application form and DSC SIFI REQUEST FORM.

    Take a print of the downloaded Digital Signature Certificate Application form.

    Fill-in the form, Scan-it and Save-it on your Desktop.

    Take 2 prints of the downloaded DSC Sify Request form.

    One Duly Fill-in form, Scan-it and Save-it on your Desktop. Another Copy of
    DSC Sify Request Form should not be filled, It should be signed (blue Ink only)
    and attested Photo should be attached as shown below-

    If any mistakes are there in the duly filled-in DSC Sify Request form, we will
    use this empty form as a backup.

    Fill the DSC transaction form as per the details furnished in DSC service
    application form.

    * marked fields are mandatory.

    Alerts are being displayed on the page when Mandatory fields are left blank or
    wrongly entered. Click on ok to correct the wrong entry.

    “Browse” to upload the saved filled-in Application forms as shown below-

    A maximum permissible file size of 1 MB is only allowed. Alerts are shown


    when file size limit exceeds.

    Click on “SUBMIT” button to process the transaction.

    Upon successful Submission, “Payment Details” screen will be displayed as


    below-

    Enter “Transaction Password”, Accept the Terms of Use and Click on


    “Validate”.

    Enter “Wallet PIN” Accept the Terms of Use and Click on “Pay Rs.1104”.

    DSC Acknowledgment Receipt will be displayed as Shown below.


    In order to print the acknowledgement, Click on ‘Print’ button.

    Upon successful completion of transaction, Confirmation Email& SMS for the


    above Transaction will be sent to the Applicant and VLE.

    If case of any Pending Documents, status will be updated in the CSC Portal and
    email will be sent to Applicant and VLE. Given below is the copy of the email
    being sent to Applicant and VLE-

    e-mail or SMS to info@taxgenius.co.in

    To View the Transactional Reports:

    To get into the Reports, Click on“Transactions“.

    Choose a Valid ‘From Date’, ’To Date’, required ‘Status Type’ and click on
    ‘Get Details’.

    Results are shown based on the performed Search Criteria. From the following
    screen you can see the transaction report. VLE can see the pending application
    remarks in the transaction report and submit the pending
    documents/information.

    The Following Documents should be sent to Sri. J. Krishna Chaitanya, Tax

    1. DSC Service Application Form.


    2. DSC Sify Request Form (One duly filled, Singed and attested Colour
    photo affixed).
    3. DSC Sify Request Form (Duly singed and Attested Colour Photo affixed
    but not duly filled).
    4. Self-Attested PAN Copy.
    5. Self-Attested Aadhar Copy.

    After Successful Process of your Digital Signature Certificate (USB Token),


    DSC Class-2 (validity 2 years) will be dispatched to your mailing address by
    speed post.
