    Greetings from NICP!

    The 10th NICP National ICT Summit, the key conference and exhibitor’s event organized by
    the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), in partnership with the Department
    of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), will be held this November 23-24,
    2018 at the Avenue Plaza Hotel in Naga City, Bicol. The event will be hosted by the Bicol
    ICT Council and the City Government of Naga and Iriga.

    This annual event, which began in 2008, is supported by leaders of government, business,
    academe and organizations that work for ICT innovation and collaboration through ICT
    councils spread across the country, converging in unique gatherings of the entire ICT
    community.

    The 10th NICP National ICT Summit will incorporate the following main components: a
    conference on digital research and innovation policies, inclusive of topics and discussions
    involving the IT-BPM industry, Talent Development, the Innovation Ecosystem and
    Disruptive Technologies in the field of ICT. An exhibition of sponsors and innovation
    projects in the field of ICT, a series of networking and fellowship activities, and, an
    innovation and start-up area to showcase the different innovative collaboration of the
    Industrial, Academe and Government sectors.

    The theme of this conference is “DECADE OF COUNTRYSIDE DEVELOPMENT:


    Managing Digital Transformation Driven by Disruptive Technologies.” As we celebrate
    Ten (10) years of countryside development, we also follow the Making Academe-
    Government-Industry Collaboration (MAGIC) that forms the base of the aims and goals of all
    ICT Councils around the nation.

    10th NICP SUMMIT

    May we, therefore, respectfully invite you and the members of your ICT staffs to attend and
    actively participate in this Summit in order to encourage the creation of ICT driven, citizen-
    centric and digitally-centered government and business process to increase our country’s
    local efficiencies and competitiveness on the global platform. Attached herewith is the
    Summit Program.

    A minimal registration fee of Php 3, 000 for Online Registrants and Php 3, 300 Walk-ins for
    NICP Members, Php 3,300 for Online Registrants and Php 3, 500 for Walk-ins Non- NICP
    Members, will be charged to cover partially the event costs, lunch, snacks, summit kit and
    certificates. For Cybersecurity Workshop with inclusive of entry to summit activities –
    Php 5,000 (Regular Rate) and Php 5,500 (Walk-in).
