    Task Mow lawn weekly (just done on 6/17, so pls mow on or about 7/ 2, 9, 16 and 23). Use Gerry's weed wacker on front hill and around flower beds in back. Use Trish's mower as ours is broken. Gas can is in "closet" on our back porch. Sweep up sidewalk (broom in back) Weed around the front steps weekly Clean junk out from under front porch. I assume most of it is trash, so please time doing this so you can easily put it out on trash day. You can have anything cool you find under there. Be careful, for Heaven's sake. Total hours Hourly rate Total due Payable as follows: $40 due when contract accepted $104 due when we return
